The writing in this was great very funny and I could totally see it being fleshed out a bit into a longer game! I am not sure how it fits the theme? Maybe because not talking about the queen forces you to make some bad decisions? Either way, I liked the goofy vibe and I would probably spend more time with it if there were more branching dialog options. Keep it up!

This was a game idea I had before and I used the jam as an excuse to make it.
I have ideas for about 2-3 more levels and make the current levels longer. I'll probably come back to the idea at some point, but I have some other projects lined up that I want to make.

So fun experience, my day was not the best one, but playing this make me smile (Ok I laugh a lot). Really good script and the jokes land really well. I would like to see this idea with more time and more content, but definitely has a lot of potential of been a hilarious adventure game.

I've added some pop-up icons to remind which keys to press during dialogue, and I'm creating a version in French.
I'll probably come back to the idea with an artist and make the game more appealing, instead of this janky visual mess.

The game as a whole exudes an aura of madness, and the killer talks incessantly at the end, like an old lady NPC in Ace Attorney.

This is really funny game! And seems like lots of efforts have gone into it! I wish there was a skip to the text in the beginning. Great game!

Oh my! These people are totally unstable! The society hates you if you say the "q" word, and the guards kill you instantly if you say the "q" word. I would NOT want to go there if I were to go on a vacation! O_O
Anyways, that was a hilarious game. I loved choosing various options in the game to see what happens. Too bad for the main character, though. :(

I've been wondering if that's how everyone plays the game. That's how I intended it to be designed towards.
Playing the story straight through correctly is super fast and uneventful. I might have to beef up the critical path.
Really like it, the dialogues are funny and the narrative has good comedic timing, I think the music help with that too. But in the end... what is the secret to protect the kingdom? °-°
