The show most go on, my friend. Nice work!

The music was a pretty good pick. I think some particle effects when passing through a ring would be nice. I liked how I didnt have to do every ring again, after respawning at a checkpoint. I also like the parralax background with all the spectators.
One problem I noticed was, that when finishing the game and pressing "R" to restart, the music seems to be played twice ontop of each other.

Awesome job! You really implemented the “spectacle” theme well. Music made the game feel pretty intense and dramatic.

Great game :)

Good job with spectacle and more is more!  Your collision testing only seemed to check the bottom of the main character, so you could slide through boxes connected at the corner, but that's not too big of a deal, just something to watch for next time.  Fun little game!

I made it to the end but I think there was one hoop that I couldn't jump through as it was too high. I like that the hoops went up and down and there's some good platforming in it but I've never been a fan of the castlevania style invisible blocks though. There's things that I like and things that I don't. So firstly, I like what you've done with the stage lights, I like the checkpoint and I think the audience in the background is cool and is cohesive with the design of the main character. I think the balloons would be better if they moved more freely and could be interacted with.  Also, I think it would be cool if all the hoops could change colour after going through them or have a flame around them or something like that

Thanks for all the feed back, and some good pints and things I will look in to if I continue development. Thanks for playing :)

Well done on your entry to the jam.

I'm not really a fan of platformers, but I think this fits the theme pretty well and shows a lot of hard work and effort to make a game relevant for the jam.

Good job and good luck!

A decent platformer. Found it a bit irritating a few times, it's not really my thing, but I had some fun.
