Nice little game, the map is very maze-like and there's some exploration here. Boss could have less hp, took me 10 minutes...

Developer

thanks for feedback :)

This was really fun to play as I love metroidvanias!

I understand things were cut but a light music would've greatly enhanced the experience.

Nice game!

Developer

Thanks :D

This felt so good to play! Well done and I believe it’s still scoped well :)

Thank you very much!!! :)

When attacking in the air gravity was not applied to the character, was it intended? Otherwise the art style is nice and even though the game mechanics are quite simple the difficulty is well balanced to me.

I tried to attack an enemy with C and it didn't work... Until I see the label explaining it. Funny times! ^^

Thanks for playing!

And yes it was intended i thought of making it like the attacks in the old Castlevania games did it not feel good ?

And Btw is there a thanks massage after the boss fight ?

Thanks again :)

It was ok to me but it's been so long I played Castlevania I don't remember the feel for the attacks! ^^

I honestly didn't come that far since I wasn't finding the way for the mineral on the bottom left part of the map but I guess I just overlooked a path!

And no problem!

The genres match really well, which would usually be compliment, but I guess for this jam it's a criticism :P  Could've used some music for sure. I make music so if you're ever in a crunch and need some, feel free to reach out. I read you didn't make the graphics but I still really like the combination you chose, it fits together well.

I really like this-- I'm a sucker for platformers with good controls, and love mining/gathering in games. So good combo for me.  Good job!

Thanks i will :D

Nice little game, maybe not so incompatible, but pleasurable ^_^

Thanks :)

Nice and fun game! Music would be good though, and I was unsure if something else was supposed to happen after the boss died. The boss is also a bit tedious to kill, too.

Thanks for the feedback :)

Controlls are good

Developer

Thanks :)

I really liked the platforming.  I've been reading up on coyote time and other small things the player might not notice in platformers but makes all the difference so good job there!

would love to see more!

Thank you very much :)

It's a cute little metroidvania would like to have seen more of it, could have done with more sound effects and the genres selected didn't seem too incompatible.

Thanks for playing :)

Yeah i over scooped my game and couldn't finish everything unfortunately
