Exquisite graphics, delightful level design, amazing puzzles. The best game I've played in the jam.

This was really fun, reminded me alot of Celeste in a way. A nice interpretation of the theme and some gerat puzzles to go alongside it. Great job, I hope you do well!

This is absolutely the best "you jump on a timer" game I've played.

The glide mechanic, the clock pickups needing to be activated strategically, and the varying (but clearly indicated by the UI+sound) make for a wonderfully deep game. This feels like a game built around its constraint in a way that can be difficult to do. Congrats on some really nicely designed levels.

Super polished stuff, none of the critiques I normally have apply to our game, it's just good clean fun. I'm amazed you pulled it off in 48 hours.

This game makes me go YES! Can't believe you created the art in the 48 hours!

Well hot damn, Leko, that is an awesome 48 hour game. I love that you explored a whole bunch of variations on your central mechanic. The levels with the stop watches that subtract from your time until the next jump are really interesting.  Having to quickly adjust the timing after each stopwatch you pick up really threw my for a loop at first.  If a had one recomendation it would be to tone down the SFX for the jump and the timer. Maybe take a cue from the devs who made Cocka-tune and use screen shake and scaling to get the player into the rythm of each level. Although, that may not work because of how much you alter the timing with your mechanics. Anyway, once again, great job!

Ooo almost forgot, I love the name!

The best autojumper and probably the best game I've seen in this jam. The pixel art is beautiful but the game design simply blows other games out of the water. Every mechanic is introduced to enhance/put a twist on the core mechanic. The levels are designed around the core mechanic and every level teaches the player a lesson that can be useful later. This is an example of a textbook execution of game design principles. Incredibly well done!

One of my favorites I've played so far, sprites are amazing as is the game feel. The sound effect for the counting down really is perfect and conveys how the mechanic works incredibly well. You also introduce a surprising amount of content yet each new mechanic fits into the sandbox wonderfully! Only issue is after getting the bread on level 14 the game didn't go to a new level or end but other than that I loved it!

Developer

Thank you! And hmm, that problem is interesting, it works fine for me. Are you sure that wasn't just the second key? The bread is actually near the beginning of that level, behind a locked wall.

Played this on my stream. Great game! I really enjoyed it and will play it again with a friend!

That was a lot of fun! :D I find it really impressive that you were able to do all this during the jam ^_^

Best game of the jam so far!

Wonderful implementation of the idea, very polished, feels amazing to play. The music and the sfx are super catchy too!

The idea of not controlling a standard input in a platformer is the first thing that came to mind to a lot of people, I think, but the execution is... well holy cow it's amazing. The way you expand on it with mechanics such as the constantly changing timer, the +time and -time pick-ups, and the platforms that toggle on and off are such great ideas. They would've been just good ideas if it wasn't for the awesome level design, that sometimes feel even a bit puzzly. Navigating the designer's creations was a joy, and constantly impressed me on how well they used the tools provided.

The movement and feel is on point, too. Not to mention the sound effects, music and art. Everything fits together in such a way that makes me question how you were able to make something this good in such a short period of time. Kudos to the team, for making one of the best games in the jam and just an excellent and well polished game overall.

Wow, thanks so much for the kind words! It's awesome to see that people are liking it. (And just so you know it is a solo project, so the fact that you thought it was made my a team is actually pretty flattering lol)

5 stars. Amazing game! Reminds me of Celeste in the best way possible. The aesthetics are great, the sound is spot on and the gameplay is addictive as hell. Level 14 was really hard ... but I stopped at level 15 - mostly because there are other games to play in this game jam ^^

I rarely play game jam games for a long period of time, but this one had me hooked. I will probably return to try to beat level 15 ^^

Developer

Thank you! Hope you find the time to come back and beat it :)

Wow, I really like the control of your game!

I've seen a few autojumpers in this jam but this one is GREAT. Really polished with great mechanics (love the glide ability). Just needs some rockin' music!

Easy 5 stars, quite a fun puzzle platformer, extremely well polished in all ways, and an idea that I've never seen before. Hope this makes it into Mark's video!

This is a really fun platformer! I love the jumping mechanic! All the art and sounds are amazing. 5 Star for you my friend. The bird has secured the bread. The game reminds me of Celeste

Extremely polished with fantastic animation and great sound work. It took me a while to clear all the maps but I got into the same zone that I would get into with Celeste and super meat boy, a hard determination to just clear the stage and I would get that rush. Amazing, I really do not have much to add in terms of what you could do to improve it other than more levels haha. (You had quite a lot of levels considering the time limit all of which felt really solid).

Developer

Glad you liked it! Those are two of my absolute favorite games so I'm glad the inspiration shows through.
