Really cool space-shooter! the regular controls and the out of control movement was really well done! I like all the sprite art and animations too~ Perhaps add a stars parallax background (i did it in my game and it came out pretty cool!) Congrats on submitting a cool action game to the jam! Please check out mine if you haven't :D
Thank you a lot! We had a different layer of stars to add some parallax but it came out a bit weird haha Will definitely play yours (and check how you did the parallax XD)

one caveat: some times I got the Aiming and shooting disabled at the same times, I think you could replace it with something whacky (Like you get a super shot but only in front of you).
The controls are tight and the music is cool :)

Love the literal interpretation of the prompt! Having several systems that can malfunction is a great way to take away control without taking away player agency, so props for that. And that polish! Fantastic.
Thank you a lot. Related about what you said about player agency, for the post jam version we changed the totally random movement to something more controllable by the player to address that even more, so it feels more fair but still adds some challenge when it malfunctions.

I liked it! I like the idea of a space ship that slowly becomes harder and harder to control.
I will point it out though that I think I experienced a bug in the main menu because I couldn't see my mouse (while playing in browser) so it was kind of hard to select a button without seeing the mouse.
That is weird, we had fixed that once but it is possible that it happens on another situation. Thanks for pointing it out and thanks for playing it =D

The presentation and base concept are fantastic,.
things i dont like games that put you in a no - win situation though, and this game felt like it just snapped a session closed with an unlucky roll of malfucntions. i can see how this is super close to a game i would like though, its just feeling like the game has decided I lose now, isnt fun at all.
