Nice! The art, animation, concept, music... all very good. And the mechanics were interesting, as well- I never quite got the hang of it, but I was still excited when I accidentally got a massive herd of kitties into their pen! Overall, very nice polish, very nice game!

The pixel art is beautiful and the cat AI works well... a little too well, I could hardly catch them! Would have preferred if the water pistol and bomb recharged faster, but overall good job!

A bit tricky to find the cats when they hide behind buildings. Also the game page is too big, I had a side scroll bar, and that's never good :) What I can say though is that the moment the game finished loading and the music started I had a giant grin on my face.
Yeah the page is a bit finicky, but I'm glad you enjoyed the music! Our musicians really nailed it :D
I think you can change the game to full screen with itch tho?

Incredible art, nice soundtrack and fun play on the theme. Using the water to herd the cats is very satisfying, especially when you've got a large group of felines on the run. Great job!

Cute concept. Didn't get from the "how to" where or what is the trap (you also used the name plaza in the description). Controls and movement felt well even though I moved the cats randomly around the map it still was enjoyable. Had to ask - what was the raccoon's job in the team?? (I bet he nailed it)

The trap was what we called it internally and I think we intended to make it a bit more clear and call it the plaza. We also would have liked to add more quality of life stuff, but unfortunately we ran out of time.

The game play for this game is really fun and perfectly encapsulates the theme for the jam! However I think a fixed viewpoint and smaller map would suit the game better.

This is amazing, the music and art is really cute, I like it! Had a little trouble finding the trap, but I didn't care, I was running around the map to check out the art, love the cactus with the face! :D
He's Eduardo the cactus and he's just vibing. I planned to draw an entire family of cactus but time wasn't enough.

In the tutorial there was an arrow pointing towards it, but it was really hard making

Herding cats was one of the ideas I had for this jam, nice to see an implementation. Did I finally manage to get a pack of cats into the trap, the moment I walk away they all leave again.
the capturing of the cats was a bit of a talking and even a fighting point sometime.
