Nice design idea. I can see the intention with the level design and it's nice.
Could use some reworks in character's movement though.
Good work, keep on this way :)

Nice job. I have really high respect for people who make puzzle games because I personally couldn't even imagine designing puzzle levels for anything. Great work!

Would love to have you try and rate our game :)

I loved the turtle theme on this idea and the music was simple yet enjoyable. The turtle movement was slippery, I was able to kind of move slow in the red then move fast to get more ground coverage. Overall very well put together and I was actually able to beat the whole thing!

If you have a chance, please try out my game and rate it! I'd love more feedback

Cool game! Quite unique too. The puzzles are clever; well done!

The concept is great, could use some more levels, but that is the curse of a short game jam.  It has a lot of potential. The movement link was not exact between the red turtle and green turtle, which allowed me to space them when I shouldn't have been able to. For a puzzle game, this should probably be worked out to make levels more deterministic. Overall, very cool idea and the first levels shown here promise a lot of potential.

Thanks for the review! Making levels is one of the thing I love doing with puzzle game, but I lost so much time trying to fix the movement link. Sadly, I didn't found a way to fix this properly.

The level design really allows to see the potential of the game. Difficulty is progressive, i liked it. Good job !

Neat little concept! Liked it!

Great idea and tricky puzzles! Please expand on this, with a bit of tweaking this could be a full puzzle game!

Interesting little puzzle platformer.

Nice little puzzle platformer! Some of the levels can get tricky, love the little turtle sprites too.

Thanks ! I'm still very far to be a good pixel artist, but I learn little by little.

nice idea, it gets a little tricky when there is more than 1 red turtle but nice game, you could put diferent colored turtles and areas with different habilities. I think it would be neat. Great game

Developer

Thanks ! Yes that was the idea at the beginning, I wanted to add more types of turtles but sadly I didn't had the time.

I hope you expand it after the jam because this is a nice game :D

While text tutorials aren't very engaging (but sadly necessary for jams sometimes), your game is incredibly straightforward and really easily understandable.

Thank you ! I put some text tutorials for those who have the patience to read them, but I always try to make the mechanics understandable through level design.

I don't know how it's possible we literally made the same thing lol

Developer

Haha, that's quite a coincidence. I've played your game and I find it more polished, it's really nice !

It's really funny because I also wanted to add a turtle that does the opposite movements but I didn't had enough time.
