Very fun interacting with stuff using grapling hook, I just didn't understand what collecting other drowning pirates was, but other than that it was fun
Thanks for your feed back. Other drowning pirates increase your agility, forgot to add that to the tutorial my bad.
Very cool art. I really enjoyed grappling stuff with the hook! It was the most fun part seeing the ship become bigger. Combat felt a bit flat, and having that many enemies helped only a little to make it a bit more challenging. I would have preferred if you could shoot only in the direction of the cannons.
Very nice game overall! Great work
Wow you guys did a great job I loved the idea, is there a way to shoot down pirates and recruit our crew, I collected many people but couldn't figure it out, I would love to see a bigger version of this game maybe with some more polished pixel art and some more feature like shooting. Overall a very good game for a 2day jam :D
Thanks, you can shoot with left click.
really great concept that was quite fun to play, the only negative I have is that the difficulty seemed to spike quite fast
Hi Good Luck Collective!
This game was super fun. Building a bigger ship was rewarding and an interesting take on the theme. I didn't really see the point in collecting sailors, or that little water UI in the top right. If it was explained, I felt like the hints came and went more quickly than I could read them.
Getting cannons was epic. Once you got the the final ship stage it felt like you could just play forever. An easy way to remedy this is just to have the enemies spawn more quickly as they ship levels increase and overwhelm the player.
Great start! Excellent music and sound effects!

I LOVE BOATS! the game is very fun, the music and sound effects are very cute, I didn't realize you move with wasd and I kept pushing myself using the rocks and the harpoon haha, great game, I loved it :D
I just love the artstyle of your game and the overall concept! Well done!
I really liked this game. It was pretty easy though. I think that if you made it harder, it would be better. I really enjoyed playing it.

Really fun gameplay and nice pixel art! Intuitive and clear mechanics. Great job!!
Yayy. I found the treasure. Really solid work. It felt fun to navigate around the sea. Great job with this.
Really liked this one. Great work.
The game is really cool! I hope this project will be one of the best in this Game Jam.
Really cool game! I liked the hook mechanic.
I like the pixel art and it was fun overall!
This was great! Really enjoyable and reminded me of Raft. Art design was top-notch and really polished. Shooting was difficult on a track pad but that's just me not having a mouse. A checkpoint system would have been awesome as I really wanted to see what the next ship was after the cannonball ship but died before I could get there.
I liked the part where you get a bigger ship and then you can shoot more cannonballs.
I really enjoyed the art and getting surprised by the mini kraken and other ships
Honestly enjoyed playing. Cute and well executed.
Really cute and really fun, art and music combination were especially good, could be a really neat little game with some more variation and longer
