How does your game fit the theme?
You are a lone robot sent down to a colonizable planet by the Human species, your goal is the sustain the ecosystem by planting seeds and adding foliage to the planet, your health is conjoined with the Mothership that holds all the humans (you need to send them oxygen that you produce from plants in order for them to survive, if they run out of oxygen, it means no more seeds or dirt bags, no progression, no colonization.)

Amazing art, and a really fun game to play! Probably one of my favorite games of the jam so far.

Really awesome art! All the information is super overwhelming though, it would have been great if you'd introduced each aspect one-by-one to kind of ease the player into it

100% agree! Unfortunately I realized that a smidge too late into the jam, so we ran out of time for a proper tutorial.

Thank you so much for the feedback and the compliment!

Very fun game. It has a very cute artstyle. The overwhelming amount of information dumped when i pressed tutorial was very jarring. Maybe you could incorporate that into the gameplay itself because I kept misremembering things from the tutorial.

This is probably the most common bit of feedback we get for this game, so thank you for sharing! If we were to do a post jam version, a tutorial would be top of the list. :)

Had a blast playing! The design lends itself really well to adding in new mechanics and problems to solve. Would love to see more, great job!

Thank you! It was a really fun, if ambitious, game for the jam. It certainly could be expanded on, and I'm glad you had a fun time playing it!

Amazing game, has some in depth mechanics and plays almost like a strategy game. Well done for making this in 48 hours.

good job. really nice and interesting game

Really complete game for such a time frame. The concept is really cool and can make a real commercial out of it. Nice job

the game looks so beautiful. You have a talent to produce such art in such a short space of time. Well done, nice game

The art and music are exquisite, 10/10 presentation. I have no idea how the play the game though, it feels way too complicated for a game jam and I can't figure out how to collect oxygen with the spacebar. The work is obviously there, the game just needs to be simplified. I'm also not too sure this follows the theme, your explanation feels a bit convoluted.

nice game. my plants kept dieing though.

Game looks beautiful and is really polished. the gameplay loop doesnt feel too satisfying though. great game overall!

Submitted(+3)

Awesome game, its insanely polished! Nice music and good gameplay. Only thing missing is that it would be nice if I could zoom out. But the game itself is awesome!

Really neat little game, the art and presentation is really goo. The gameplay was pretty fun too but it's reaaaaally hard to understand how to play even with the how to play page.
I wish the game would encourage you to really explore the planet a little more though.

Overall really solid especially the graphics (and the catJAM D&B beat 👌)

Nice graphics, interesting game. I included it in my GMTK compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

colors and art is great !

Love the splash art. Your colors are 100! also love the low poly look. extremely impressive that you were able to get this together in 48 hours! the sound is great too. I love the little planting sfx. The instructions at the beginning were a bit intimidating. Would like to see a tutorial section

Submitted(+3)

Yeah so reading sucks, I skipped your tutorial and failed hardcore. Each time I read like a sentence of the instructions before trying and failing again. Once I'd read everything (especially the zoom function, which is critical and imo should be default), I was able to win. I even reached 100% oxygen, so I suspect our incoming humans might have issues with oxygen poisoning.

Neat little game, though I wish it didn't need the wall of text at the start. There could be an indicator to say that the capsule has landed, so you know to look. Sure, tell me controls, but it'd be nice to have a chance to play around with them rather than the initial moments being so critical (it starts off really tight).

Nice art and music, and wow you've got a big team! You should totally add credits on the game page! Congrats guys, once you know what to do, it turns out being a nice little game!

Good point, haha! I just looked it up and yeah, not only would they get oxygen poisoning, but if they light a match, the whole planet would catch fire...

Thank you for the feedback! I also really enjoyed your game, it was a fun one!

I love the game, its perfect exepct the instructions are a little vauge. I love the fact that you can still look around after you die, its a great thing so I could figure out where my seeds landed.

This is really well done! It's a little confusing though. I don't fully understand what to do, even after reading the instructions multiple times. Ideally instructions would not be needed. Other than that, the music and visual aesthetic is great! Well done!

Amazing! The concept could be turned into a board game. Very fun and creative. I had to think about how well this concept suits the theme of joined together, but when I realized that the robot and humans are connected together through oxygen you send them, it makes a lot of sense! Great job!
