This is a really neat idea, I love how you've thoroughly incorporated the jam's theme!

Really love the mechanic! The game is referring the theme from many elements. I would hope the slime could also drop hearts so a bad player like me could enjoy each round longer.

I really wanted the biggest gun...

I liked your double use of the theme. The concept was very neat. For me balancing smaller slimes that can overwhelm you vs large slimes that will not drop as much loot was an interesting strategy element. I wish I could have managed my inventory a bit easier (maybe with: slower slime spawns, slower slime movement, slow motion while doing inventor management, lulls in the action - maybe between waves, or even if it automatically sorted the guns and merged them... though that would take away the frantic fun of it). If the screen was a bit bigger I could have seen slimes coming from further away and not felt unfairly ganged up on. It would have been nice to have a way to recover health too.

Neat idea! Pretty hard. I would have liked to be able to pause to rearrange guns but I get that that's part of the challenge.  A few sound effects would have gone a long way to improving game feel.

Great concept btw. I didn't see another jam game where the enemies join together too. Really hard but I prefer jam games to be really hard so it was fun :)

Love the idea of surviving endless waves of enemies (I mean, we did the same). Being able to pause the game to re-arrange the weapons would be a huge win.

I can see this being expanded upon for a full arcade survival game! Needs i frames tho, slimes really grind through you. More guns, more enemies, sound effects and a score counter!

Yup! Good suggestions! Thanks for playing and commenting!

Interesting idea! But the gameplay is way too sloppy, and i also missed a little bit of game juice. Good luck nonetheless!

Wow, this looks cool. Great idea! I like slimes get bigger. Maybe you can add sounds:)

Thanks! Yup, sounds like a good advice xD.

Had some fun with this one.  I liked the idea of joining rows and columns of guns together to upgrade.  Also having to do that whilst moving and shooting created some nice tension.

Glad you had fun! Thanks for playing and commenting :D
