'' Noooo printer plz don't jam '' "printer goes BRRRRRR" Nice name and theme
Haha, thanks!!
Love the art style and presentation. The idea is very creative.
Thanks! Your game also has a very nice artstyle.
Thank you for playing! :)
Love the concept, perfectly fits the theme of the Jam! The ethics chart was a hilarious edition, although in the end the game ended up feeling kind of sandboxy even on hard difficulty,; I didn't really feel pressed to make morally correct or incorrect decisions.
True, if we had some more time we could have implemented some sort of system which lets the user know the weight of each task (and the moral correctness/incorrectness) but there were more important aspects to complete. Thanks for the feedback!
That was a very clever Idea. I really liked it. Really love the art you guys used. Congrats!
Thanks, all artwork was meticulously crafted by each of us throughout the whole jam up until a few minutes before the end.
This is great. Almost feels like a very literal interpreation of "Papers, Please". I can see some cool emergent gameplay if the queue was a little more dynamic. I also love the art, very polished feeling! Like others mentioned, the objectives are a little hazy, but it is a game jam game so whatever. Awesome work!
Thanks for the feedback. The fun thing is that we did not notice the similarities between both games until around the middle of the game jam :D ... and yeah, we will probably adjust the pacing of the game after the voting period as it is very "clunky" right now. (Maybe even a better tutorial to make the gameplay clearer)
Very nice game! 😄
It is certainly a really interesting concept! I liked how the compass moved slightly every time I printed something, it made every choice feel meaningful.
Running out of toner did not seem to do anything though, I don’t know if that is a bug.
I definitely would not want to have a sentient printer! 😃
Well done!
It's not a bug, it's a feature! 😉 Thanks!
Love the concept idea, super funny! :D
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks!
Thanks!
Love the concept but its a tad hard to understand the gameplay, agree with others a more natural tutorial would help.
Thanks! Yeah as I said in another comment, it was a quick thing we threw together, I agree the tutorial could’ve been done a lot better!
Very nice, especially the art style with this what-you-decide concept.
Thank you!!
Has potential to be very artsy. I ended up roleplaying as a broken printer. Can't be a cog in the system if all you do is grind your teeth
Thanks! I’m glad to hear people finding different ways to have fun with the game haha
Love the presentation, a little too much trial and error to figure out what was happening and would have loved a more natural tutorial but Jams are Jams! Also some of the headlines got me good.
Thanks a lot! Yeah the tutorial was kind of “we have half an hour left, let’s at least try making a tutorial” thing haha
After making this, I too am glad that I’m not a printer lol, thanks for playing!
Its a really cool idea but Im a little confused whats the objective and how I score points
Thanks, yeah, the general idea is survival :D, the more you print (and don't refuse), the higher your score gets. Obviously the game is monotonous and infinite as a printer does not have any choice.
