Really clever idea! Pretty fun concept. Could use a bit more of a tutorial, but once it clicked it was great.

A very cool mechanic that leads to some interesting strategy. I found myself several times taking what seemed like a good card, only to fill up my hand and have to give the opponent an even bigger advantage or something that clashes with my hand specifically. As with any deckbuilder, it will take quite a bit balancing, and I did experience some bugs wherein the battle animations would be skipped. Otherwise, great job!

I like the strategy involved with trying to get the right balance for each hand. I did find one bug where you can select the play round button multiple times to play your cards multiple times.

I liked the core mechanic, could be interesting to see where else it goes if you have time to finish your ideas. I wish I had played slay the spire - I think I'd understand the game more then! lol

very cool twist for a card game.

Submitted

Ho, I didn't think about that twist! Being the one distributing the cards, that's a great twist on the theme! Great job mate! 😁

There are some really great card ideas like Riposte and Buster that really reward thinking and risk management. There is a lot of potential in this idea.

This is a pretty simple and elegant twist. The core gameplay element here of dealing the cards makes it so every card is always going to be useful. There are no bad picks with how everything can play off of each other, and it creates a pretty strategic play area.

Neat stuff!

The core mechanic in the game is interesting and it can go super deep! I am interested how you build on top of this.

Very interesting game, definitely feel like there could be lots more unique strategies with an expanded card pool! It was fun choosing bad cards after each level knowing I could give them to the enemy. Well done!

I liked the concept, it's a very interesting take on the deckbuilder to have the player control the dealing order. There is a lot here, tactically speaking, with regards to strategies about who the card is dealt to, in what order, the energy, etc. More card variety, maybe an increase in difficulty and shorter rounds, would really help pull this together a little more.

Took me a little bit to learn as I don't play card games, but once I got the hang of it it was really fun :)

Creative and addicting game! Never seen played a card game where you and the enemy share the same deck. The fun part is if you lose, you basically lose to yourself.

The fact that you have to give your opponent cards from YOUR deck adds a whole new layer of strategy to the deckbuilder genre.

I also liked the fact that the play order is deterministic and both of you only have 3 energy to work with, so you can sometimes give them a powerful card knowing they can't use it.

Very well done! I can see this being a fun game if you decide to expand it

Nice approach! Never really played card games, but this one certainly caught my attention for many minutes! Very cool concept!

This is a super creative concept with the playing both hands and I really enjoyed playing it. Some ideas are that you have a set deck size like fifteen and you get to axe cards and a card that gives energy. Super creative game great content well done. :D

Submitted

Very fun concept, only wish is that there were more cards/mechanics. I know you have to cut some features out, but this still turned out as a good game! Good Job.

Some really fun card ideas in there! Wish I felt like I knew what I was doing a bit more

This is great, as bad as it looks :P

The StS combat is tried and tested, and your spin on the mechanics and cards sings well with the core idea of the game. I encountered no bugs, but sometimes it felt like i transitioned to the win screen the instant I killed the enemy and it was hard to understand what happened if i didn't fully calculate my move. The card pool is kind of limited but I am sure you are aware of that :p

You can check out a game I made art for <3 (make sure to comment :p)

Great concept! It would be more interesting to make blocks persist between rounds, so there is more interesting gameplay.
