I absolutely love this game. It really felt like I was casting real people and there were so many references. I would pay real money to play a full-release version of this. There was a bug, however. After playing for a while, everyone would leave the theatre and the game would throw up an error message. Still, probably one of my favorite games in the jam!

This is the most unique idea I’ve seen so far. I casted two best friends as leads and they ended up becoming enemies.
surprisingly interresting!
I can see a polished version with "real" performance and public reactions
a bit like the sims, where your workers could practice and get better and gain experience from their participation. Then there the whole recruiting
many aspect could be handled like budgetting, marketting, paying actors, charging for thickets.
Then there are more famous actors attracting more people and jalousy.
:)
good work!
Very cool concept. I like how you kinda have to just roll with things and do your best under the circumstances, but it feels like there isn't much player choice or input in the gameplay.
Interesting! I liked it! The idea is very original, the mechanics of friendship and enemies is fun! This could be made into an interesting full small game! :) Great work!
This is a very unique idea! I'd prefer the game to show the stats that changed after the show, to see how well or how bad I'm doing, but the design and complexity of things is amazing!
That is a new take I havn't see yet :D also very nice implementation
This was quite a chill experience, I just sorta hunched back in my chair, with mouse in hand and enjoyed the management aspect. I liked this one a lot! Great presentation too!
Great concept - balancing the requirements for the role against the available actors can get really challenging (in a good way)! I also loved how actors would become enemies, adding additional constraints :)
Felt more like a game of managing than puzzle from the randomness of the level, but it's a good thing. More pronounced feedback on how well you did during a year would be welcome :)
Cool concept, but feels a bit too random, maybe add some more explicit feedback?
theatre kids rise...
this was so fun i spent way too long playing this lol
awesome concept. as a theatre kid this was very much a role reversal for me, i was evilly laughing as i was picking favourites and pissing people off.
would love some sort of reward or penalty depending on how the audience felt. maybe a screen in between shows to show the audience approval rating and the happiness of each cast member
i got so excited for the names of the shows to pop up and understand the jokes, i want to be your friend lol

Loved this! I would love a more fleshed out version as well. Anything for some drama!
This is a really unique concept! I spent a lot of time thinking about the perfect choices. Good job!
I like the concept, but there are too many things and the game gets repetitive that the player is bored. If you can simplify the game, that would be better. But great concept, check out mine!
More fun than I’d like to admit, but also pretty luck-based. It’d be nice if you were at least guaranteed to draw plays you can fill all the roles on. Though picturing a group of 4 trying to perform a play that needs 7 actors is kind of funny now that I think of it.
