How does your game fit the theme?
The theme served as an inspiration for the flow of gameplay. At first, it plays like an ordinary platformer game with metroidvania elements of movement controls and collecting upgrades to make life easier. However, the twist surprises the player at the end that the very robot they've been playing as and using to get upgrades and get stronger, will be the final boss fight for this short game, and then you, the player, will be fighting what you've built using the boss of the game.

A solid game, really nice to play through. Well thought out.
Incredibly polished! Enjoyed the two routes and the twist. Great sound design!
I liked the sudden twist of needing to fight the player you just played as. therefore making all your upgrades go against you (including the increased health which I initially thought was an accessibility feature).
This is very polished, great job! Even the small touches, like taking advantage of stereo sound, is very noticable. I quite enjoyed it
the idea is nice and the art is amazing!
the platforming also feels nice!
and also my game isn't getting many views, can you try it and give me some feedback ?
Very nice work here! I love the vibes you've got going on, and the core premise is a very fun take on the theme. Controls could use a tiny bit of tweaking, and I might just be bad, but the spore enemy seemed really difficult to counter. Had a lot of fun!
Great presentation and I loved the tone of the narrator / tips text. I found the character to be too "heavy" and the controls quite frustrating though. Also don't 100% understand how this is a reversed roles :)
Looking at other comments, there's a twist! I didn't get there tho, as I found the controls a little too difficult to navigate.
(I got spoiled to the twist a little bit before playing the game, but not enough where it didn't still surprise me)
Awesome concept that makes the game significantly more interesting on replay! Realizing that the power-ups made the late game harder was The controls felt pretty wonky, but that's cuz I'm personally not used to using the K and Shift keys while using WASD (I'd have done something like Arrow Keys, Z, X, C). The jump also felt a little awkward, but I eventually got used to it.
These are only minor nitpicks though tbf! This is a stellar platformer with an incredible twist ^^
The "twist" is nice. I liked the artwork and atmosphere. Controls and overall flow of the game would need a little bit more work.
Cool idea! The game is fun, but the controls feel kinda janky. The enemies are really well designed. Well done!
Oh cool, a twist ending -- was gonna ask why taking upgrades was at my own risk, but yeah, I see why. Honestly the twist is what makes the game interesting -- I just barely managed to fend off the invader even with taking both upgrades, getting by with just a sliver of health.
At first I was confused how it tied into the theme, but then it all made sense. Super cool idea and execution!
This is cool! The visuals look great and I love how the combat while in the air freezes me, gives me a sense of impact. I feel like the camera moves a little too much, maybe it would look a bit smoother if it was anchored somewhere and the player moves around the scene
sweet game, very beautiful, like it alot !
The twist at the end was so great! The art was super amazing too!! I wish the gameplay felt a little more smooth tho
Interesting twist! I was a little disappointed that to get a different ending, I needed to replay the whole game. Also, I don't know if it was intentional, but I found that a better strategy was just avoiding enemies and ignoring them. I found it a little strange that they said I had killed a lot of them because of that :D
