I'm winning and then I'm losing and then I'm winning again! Very exciting roller coaster of a game!

I love the games that have you swapping roles within the game, rather than swapping roles to make the game. Good submission!
You really need to think about how your choice will affect how the match goes. Very well done!
strategy in this game is on next level! very interesting approach
It takes a bit to get the hang of it but once you do it is really fun! Good job!
I had thought of such a concept and could not get it to work in my head. But this is a stunning realisation of it. The strategies to find are nice little puzzles and you feel clever finding them.
And the final boss music is excellent
Cool concept. I didn't really click with the strategy though, cannot get past (presumably) the final boss for the life of me. Still, neat idea and cool that you managed to make it work and include three fights.
For the final boss, the strategy is to waste his heal as the first action (unless he casts inferno, in which case you cast it again on yourself and then status swap it). You want to keep Better You on fire since he will out-damage you otherwise. When he uses purify, cast fire on yourself and then swap the statuses. If you get lucky with the RNG, you don't even need to use Hiro's heal, but this strategy is consistent enough that you should win every time with it as long as you can adapt to some variations in the RNG.
This is awesome, but I'm confused about "struggle" in logs. Looks like sometimes it replaces my action, even when I act as myself. Can you explain how it works? In other aspects this is perfect
If you attempt you use a move you have 0 charges of (the number to the left of the name) you'll use struggle instead. The opponent character will also use struggle if it has no valid moves (0 charges on all moves, ignoring status swap and restore as the opponent never chooses those). In hindsight there are a few mechanics that probably should have been explained better in-game (oops). Thank you for the kind words and feedback!
Overall, a great jam game. If you are looking into expanding the concept into something more, look into adding some kind of intent for the enemy/yourself when you are not in that body since something is going to happen and by not knowing what you cant really strategize that much. Again, great work.
dude I want to status swap with you! your game is so well made, excellent idea!
Cool game that makes you think. I also loved the presentation.
Good Job!
