Cool idea and the art is really great! The cutscene at the start looks so good. Controls definitely took some getting used to and it crashed for me after getting my 5th fish twice in a row, but still good fun, especially when you hook a fish right as a big one is swimming by so you've got to really out maneuver them. Good work!

Wow the visuals are amazing! Has a nice summer vibe to it.

Mechanics work great and the concept is quite neet, i did see one other game with a similar concept but this one does it better.

Very nice visuals! The concept might be simple, but mechanics are interesting, although i felt a bit confused on the game rules, despite reading through them.

I like the charming artstyle and the idea is a nice take on the theme. The way that the smaller fish worked unintuitive to me, and I struggled to get any fish on the hook, this could be great with some improvements to the movement and mechanics.

Interesting use of the theme. I enjoyed the art and the gameplay. Not a challenging game (maybe too easy) but overall great work.

I'm not great at the game and I wasn't sure if I crashed or there wasn't a finish screen when I did get another fishy hooked...but otherwise a lovely game with nice vibes and great art! ♥

I really enjoyed the vibe, music/art, and the general gameplay, but I could not understand/determine how to win. I got small fish and big fish on the line several times and then broke the line by dashing through it, but nothing seemed to happen.

The art was beautiful and helped with the enjoyment, even though I was pretty bad at the game overall :^D I think you guys really nailed the theme and managed to make something super polished in a very little amount of time! Great job!

The art here was so pretty! I really loved the watercolor backgrounds especially! Really nice stuff. I will say though, I was a little confused as to what I had to do, even after reading the description I couldn't figure it out which was a little frustrating. Either way, I think the game feels polished and well-made, especially considering the time frame. Nicely done!

Very beautiful art and a neat take on the fishing concept for the jam theme. The fish movement was a bit hard to control but other than that great work!

Like the concept, but I couldn't really get a feel for the gameplay. However, the art is beautiful (loved the little opening comic) and the game was just hard enough to keep me hooked (heh) until i could figure it out. Bonus points for the effort you put into your itch page, a lot of devs ignore it and it's nice to see someone who knows how much of a difference it makes.

Funny concept, lots to expand upon. The movement being a bit wonky makes it hard, and that's where the difficulty comes from which is probably not what you want. Great art otherwise!

Very nice art, but i did not understand how to get the small fish on the bait, i tried going behind them and scaring them over there - but that did not seem to work
