Got overwhelming pretty quickly, but it's definitely fun and I liked what I played. Wish the cards were a bit easier to navigate (they jump around a lot from the mouse) and I'd love some way to freeze time while I'm reading the cards. Felt very rushed just to understand what the cards did. Great job :D
Cool idea and very fun game to play even if it's a bit too hard.
Interesting concept of the theme. Really enjoyed the gameplay.
To run the game I had to run the exe with the "--rendering-driver opengl3" option.
Glad you enjoyed the gameplay and you were able to run it in the end. :)
Tried your game, the idea is quite interesting, though a bit obvious! Done quite well for a game created in 48 hours.
Thank you for the feedback.
Great game! A fun take on tower defence
Glad you liked the game!
Cool concept, If you ever update this could you add something so you can autoplace enemies cause managing this many rooms get out of hand quickly. I do not regret downloading,
Thanks! Right now that role is supposed to be filled by the orange spawner card, but I realize that its spawning delay is perhaps too high. It might be worthwhile to add a spawner for a constant stream of monsters.
Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked it.
Haha, I'm glad that you enjoyed the game!
I do agree that the card labels could use more visiblity. Thanks for your review!
Quite challenging! A very nice take on a tower defence-style game! Great artwork and UI as well!
Cheers!
After a few games I just managed to kill 45 heroes aha, but I really enjoyed it ! I love how the difficulty escalates and gets you focus, feeling panicked before finally losing :)
The art is really nice aswell, I loved the little introduction, ! The only thing it misses is music, but overall the game is really clean :)
Thanks for the feedback!
Good job, Solo! Nice art and combat, will look forward to any updates :D
Cheers! :)
Fun game, really enjoyed playing. maybe need to balance more but it is more than great for 48 hours
Thank you! :)
Really well done game, I like the idea and execution, throwing cards is sometimes hard but it has really nice gameplay loop.
Now excuse me, I am going to grind my highscore!
Thank you!
Really fun combat, nice pixel art style.
Thank you!
Pretty darn fun, and feels quite polished with the coordination between the effects, animations, and general design! Was there supposed to be any music or sound?, because it was silent when I played it, but that's not a dealbreaker.
Unfortunately, I delegated my time to visuals and gameplay more than sound... so that's the stumbling block of the game. :(
Hope it didn't impact your experience too much and was the game was still fun!
It was!
Very cool and polished!
Thank you! :)
The loop is nice and setup! Has a long playtime for a jam game which is impressive!
Thank you!
The concept is nice and the presentation is awesome. Does get a bit repetitive but otherwise great game and good job on developing it alone!
Thank you for the feedback!
I managed to kill 137 heroes while playing! I love the concept and it was pretty fun! Reminded me a little of Clash Royale with the chaos of throwing spells and units down.
Thank you!
Managed to kill 52. I'm really impressed by what You managed to create in 48 hours. The concept can be very feature-creepy so good job on keeping the scope down and finishing :)
Thank you!
