Dude please, i hate that type of game i always piss my pants :'
lol
This is a really creative idea for the theme. I couldn't really tell why I was taking damage when I was just standing next to the wall. I wasn't able to figure out how to navigate through most of the game but I think there's a lot of potential here.
Thanks! The reason why is that the rooms are shrinking, and I used that as a quick way to tell if the rooms crushing you lol.
A cool idea even though it took me a good few tries to figure out that I have to click the handles of the doors to open them. Atmosphere was great and the fact that you sometimes simply can't solve a room because the rooms have already moved in way too much is a cool detail. Well done!
lol, yeah sorry that part wasn't very intuitive. Thanks for playing though!
Love the floating hands and cryptic style. Wasn't obvious how to pick up the key
thanks! (to pick up the key you must first flick the lever)
Started in a strange room. Got a key. Went into another room. Crushed to death.
Started again in the strange room. Got the key. Went into a different room. Fell out of the level
Funky art style! Although the hands are worryingly realistic!
You fell out of the level? That's not intended.....
I didn't know what I had to do in the buttons room but this game cool
thanks! Yeah that one seems to be one of the hardest
BIG props for doing a horror game. I got stuck on the chair puzzle, but that's ok. Seeing the walls slowly move gave me a House Of Leaves type of dread, which is awesome
Thanks! Yeah we thought it would add an extra level of fear and I think it worked pretty well.
Was immediately terrified as soon as I loaded it, atmosphere is perfect. Well done!
Thanks! Good to hear (:
First horror game I encounter so far :D the theme isn't really noticeable but it's really creative :)
yeah I agree that it's more subtle, thanks for trying it!
i find key but cant get it any way great enviroment and High completion
Thanks! The key in the first room can be taken by pulling the lever.
The mouse feels weird and accidentally walking into a wall kills you? I'm not sure what this game is...
Yeah the reason why they kill you is because they slowly shrink. The best way to have done it would've been to check if you were touching 2 or 3 walls at once but since I was low on time I wasn't able to get around to that. Basically the game is an escape room puzzle horror game, which definitely isn't everybody's cup of tea.
Oh ok, I've gone back and played it again and it's quite fun. I still can't solve it, and I see the key in the desk but can't pick it up, but the style is great and it's a great idea. After like two minutes I just started running into the door, looking back to that the first row of desks is gone is terrifying.
(:
note to self: dont play horror games at night
lol, can't agree more
Theme aside, this is very creative and slightly terrifying.
thanks!
Not sure if it fits the theme 100%, but I love the idea of a GMTK horror game. In fact this might be my first. Great show.
Thanks! Yeah it's not super strictly very fitting, but it does have shrinking rooms.. we more took the theme as a guideline yknow?
