I love the shiny white graphics
thanks!
Really solid concept that comes together with the visual and sound effects, the backing tracks are also stellar!
The control scheme is definately tough to get the hang of so i'm curious about that update hah
My only other note would be to make the generated terrain have less of a hard cut at the end. Maybe with some fog or an animation if it doesn't tank the performance lol
Thanks for playing! I'll see if I can do a clean transition, it would be nice for sure
The effects are awesome. Especially the world collapsing when I you die!
Thanks so much!
Had a hard time understanding how to move the eyeball exactly, but the idea is pretty good and can see it overall being great with a bit more tuning, still a good game.
Thanks for playing! Come back when the jam ends for those tuned controls
I am curious to see how the controls will feel after the jam. I am not dexterous enough to get anywhere currently, but the concept is nice. Great work! :)
I look forward to hearing your thoughts again soon!
Very odd to control, but cool game
Thank you for playing!
Very cool looking and fun to play, although it's quite complicated to learn. The music and sounds were on point too!
Thank you!
Cool concept, game was very well polished, had fun.
Great to hear, thanks!
Really love this one, very creative concept, great realization and perfect sound! (Controls could have been chosen much better, but I got used to them after some time)
Thanks very much for sticking with the...unique...controls!
I only now understood that it sounded not the way I ment it to be, my honest apologies, I didn't mean to offend. I really loved this game)
No offense taken! I hastily changed the controls at 2am the night before and I agree with how bad they feel. The day after the jam I'm changing the controls to be better
You know what, this was very fun to learn. I'm not that good at this game (and yes, the controls are kinda weird too), and I only played on peaceful mode lol, but the basic concept is very unique. I like the challenge of scaling the cubes up or down depending on the obstacles ahead. Also, for a 96 hour development, this was quite polished. Well done!
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it
Sorry for spamming the leaderboard, I just had to take first place on the chaotic mode haha. I really enjoyed this, it felt like each time I died it was because I made a mistake. The only feedback I have is that the controls sometimes feel unresponsive because the input you just gave doesn't seem to go through. If you could fix that I'd love to see this on Steam as a true test of one's coordination. Really well done. Very unique take on the theme too!!
Spam away! The more scores for people to beat the better haha. The controls will be changed the day after the jam and we are hard at work trying to fix the unresponsive input. Sadly we know the issue but fixing it is another beast! Thanks so much for your feedback!
The art style is very nice and the concept for the game is promising. However I feel the controls were not very intuitive which made it hard to play, also they were unresponsive at times. If these issues were ironed out I could see myself having a lot of fun with this!
Thank you so much! I am planning on updating the game soon after the jam
Great job with the visuals, went crazy. I wish I was good at these type of games tho lol
Thanks! It is quite hard haha
how do i play? pls anser so i can rate, it seems very cool
I have my left index and middle finger on Q and E. Right index and middle on I and P. Then thumbs on V and Space
ill try it out, thx
Really good concept for a rythme game and nice visuals!
The inputs weren't very responsive a find the game a little too hard, but other that I had a really good time, good job!
Thank you!
I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH HANDS FOR THIS SH-T!
Great aesthetic, very challenging but in a way that makes you want to have one more go. There was a little bit lag in places when changing shape which was jarring but not game breaking. Would love to see this worked on, and incorporate more of an audio rhythm element (perhaps a stronger beat or some other visuals moving to the beat).
Grow more hands then c'mon now!
I agree that the controls are a bit weird (just like in my own game although I'll fix it after the jam), and I couldn't get used to them, but from what I could understand, the game would be very fun if I figured out the controls.
The presentation is amazing! The idea is great. But honestly I just couldn't get used to the controls. Perhaps I did not understand correctly how to play it. Still one of the best looking games of the jam.
Thank you so much! Really regretting changing the controls the night before haha, lesson learned
Perhaps its a job for the ever elusive post-jam version XD
Thanks so much! Im glad you liked the style
I like it. reminds me of those classic flash games "run" and "bloxorz" from back in the day. the visual effects are pretty overwhelming and the controls feel like I'm using vi for the first time again, but it is a pretty unique and inspired take on the scaling theme.
Thanks! Bloxorz was absolutely an inspiration. I guess a vfx toggle could have been a good idea. Ive seen some other games with it
Such a polished game, well done! I found the controls a little difficult, but a lot of fun nonetheless :)
These controls are going to haunt me haha, Thanks for the kind words!
