It's awesome, creative and cozy game. Gravity thing is really cool and the game has the perfect balance of difficulty. Great job!

A really unique and cute game :)

I think for my brain, it would have been easier if the controls didnt change with the gravity. maybe there could be an easier "difficulty" mode, where you can keep the controls one direction regardless of gravity for softies like me :D But regardless of my personal preference, this is a top tier game :)

I really liked the cutscenes, they added a lot of charm to the game. The mechanic was super cool as well as the limited length of the rope connecting to the tether points, you could make some interesting puzzles with this. As another commenter mentioned I also cheesed it a bit by pause buffering with gravity switches, it may make more sense to have the ability recharge after touching the ground/a pickup if you all continue with this idea. I also recommend making the controls use up/down when sideways + have consistent directions for games such as this as it feels a bit strange to press right and end up moving left. Overall the game was excellent though, keep making games!

The cutscene was cute, the music and art were great, and the concept was cool! I hope you continue to develop the game after the jam!

Really glad the poor gnome was able to overgnome all obstacles in their way.

Fantastic polish for such a short time period and really cute art and story!

Loved the Idea with the snow globe and so :D , can not really explain it but i liked it :D

Fantastic little game, such an amazing base idea for a game. As Swinkly said, it's a little too easy to cheese it with constantly turning the snoglobe, perhaps you could limit it to a few seconds, or times etc. Good job.

Developer

That's a good idea! I was also considering making the gravity switching only last for a few seconds before resetting. There's a lot of untapped potential for this mechanic, just have to figure it out!

Really love the concept! I will admit that once I realized that rotating the snow globe could essentially be used as constant pause-buffering, it trivialized a platforming a bit, but the cutscenes were lovely and I really enjoyed this overall! Great work!

This game was very fun! The only real complaint is that when switching gravity, I kept on forgetting which direction to move since it got inverted

The Polish is off the charts. Absolutely phenomenal style (and warm fuzzy VO)

This is my favorite game so far ! I don't know why but I really liked the rope animation.

For the rest, the storytelling and immersion were incredible. The voice actor was formidable.

I liked the game design (very original !), the difficulty and the length.

Splendid !

How many were you in the team ?

Developer

Four people! This was mostly just a learning opportunity since none of us had used Unity2D before, and the first game jam for some of us. But I'm happy with how it came out!

Thank you for playing!
