Cool concept. Busted out my Windows PC to play it. Really difficult, although I assume that's intentional. :)

You have a great concept! A bit too hard for me though...

Thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of piecing my bot together and getting my bot to climb.

Awesome game, probably the only thing I was missing was to be able to rect-select multiple parts in the building mode (to move the whole machine when you run out of space to the side) and maybe a clearer indication of the two extremes the joints move between (or like a test run possibly?).

But other than that it was great, good job on pulling it off so well!

Really good implementation of the theme, I dig it! I did have some trouble getting started, just to put together a half decent bot, but I still really enjoyed the concept. Making your own construction is always a lot of fun and you've really nailed that part. Great job!

I had a lot of problems starting the game, since it was vey hard to get used to the controls. but once you get the hang of it , it's really is good, i like the challenge, i like mountain climbing, i love this game!

Nice game!

I would like to have the ability to rebind the keyboard inputs for the machines, I think the game is already challenging enough. In my opinion there's no need to make it more complicated by forcing the player to worry about which fingers to use to press the keys XD

Overall the game is pretty fun, I managed to climb several levels before getting stuck. Good job!

Very difficult, think it was like the 5:th restart I managed to finish the first level. This is how my robot looked when I eventually gave up.(level3). But this review is not done yet, cause this is a rogue like and I wish I had less skill issue so I actually could get as far as in the GIFs

Really cool idea, though extremely challenging. Big vibes of games like getting over it and QWOP. Made one robot accidentally walk better rather than climb lol

A very creative take on the theme, and executed on-point! The art, the mechanics (literally and figuratively), the game feel all come together very well.

Some improvements: The whole process of ending a run and rebuilding the robot at the very beginning introduced a bunch of inertia which I think could be cut down - maybe have a little "preview" before the level to see how the design of the bot would fit the part it had to climb? Just a thought. There was also a small lack of feedback, like which side you're about to rotate to and stuff... it's polish that difficult to include in 4 days, but is important in a game with so much deliberation in its decision-making.

Overall, this is the kind of stuff the theme was meant to bring forth! There's much good here, and I'd love to see another version after the jam :) I will most certainly play it. Cheers!

I love the idea. The game is super super cool, but it was absurdly hard for me to play. I tried and tried and tried and was still not climbing very high. I enjoyed it nonetheless, but I just wish for more quality of life/accessability mechanics to be included, as I really struggled from the very beginning of the game, even as early as building my first robot to be able to climb anything. Once I made it past the first steps the game was great, even though I had a lot of trouble climbing.
A solid entry, very good idea, I might just be not skilled enough to play it :D

thanks so much for giving it a shot! this is the number one feedback we've heard so  assuming further development we're gonna look into how to make the start of the difficulty curve a little more forgiving

I'm just enamored of this game's polish, scope, creativity, and execution. Heavy Risk of Rain vibes. Simply amazing.

This game is great! It was very challenging and felt very good when you succeeded. Very solid game! : D

This was a very challenging game for me and that's the charm of game when it is challenging. I thought it was clever because you get to "scale" a mountain and also "scale" into a larger robot over time! The creativity is just out of this world! Wonderful job!

This is a really cool concept, I can see this a full game on steam! Great art and well done!

This give me QWOP vibes, good execution and nice visual style

No feedback at all when grabbing make it very hard.
The grabbing piece should always be randered on top cause sometime we don't see the assigned touch (or they should be noticed in the screen somewhere.
The style is ok and fun looking.
Great game !

That's so cool! The movement is quite hard but fair, I love difficulty!

I had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to effectively build the robot, but it's a pretty nice game! Good job :)

I love this idea, but man am I bad at building and control
