Gravity mechanic is so clever and works very well! Great job!
Genius name and mechanic. I would maybe make gravitational field bigger (not stronger, but farther from planet), but that's just ballancing. Overall the game is fun and creative take on theme.
Lovely mechanics! its very satisfying when it hits.
How fun encountering my fellow teammember/peanutbutter enjoyer in my first gamejam!
First of all, great concept! I obviously love the idea of minigolf being scaled up to a planetary scale, but this actually works so well with mechanics like gravitational pulls and adding thrusters to the golf ball. I was a bit confused in the end when it seemed I had reached the final planet but nothing much happened sadly enough. Overall this was really fun to play! And cool to see you gaining more experience in Godot!
I hope you check out my game as well, I finally actually made a 2D game for the first time rather than making 3D games all the time ;)
<3 thanks for your kind words, jongeman ;) I'll be checking out your game too!
Loved the scaling of the game scene as a mechanic. Meanwhile, the thrusters were a bit weak enough to alter courses. But overall, a great thematic execution!
great physics god was it hard at the end
Cool/simple idea , great graphics. Path prediction and some movement tweaks would make it much more enjoyable.
Thanks for your kind words :) Path prediction is definitely high on the list. What kind of movement tweaks did you have in mind?
I was thinking stronger thrusters or exponential acceleration . Also some visualization for thrust direction
A cool idea, and i can imagine quite complicated to implement. I found it quite hard to work around all the gravitational pulls and orbits, but it felt so good when i gained some speed >:) I liked it!
Great physics!!!
Love the particles and physics! Making the holes was really challenging and fun!
Love how everything is possible, even if you fail with the boost, just more difficul
Simple fun with a really solid idea behind it
Took me while to get the hang of the controls, but once I did it was a lot of fun. Very satisfying to play.
