The way the roll is used is quite clever. I love that it both changes the current shot pattern, and is a normal dodge roll on top. With how many enemies and projectiles are on the screen at all times, it can be very easy to lose yourself or oncoming projectiles in all the chaos though. Overall, it's a very clever use of the theme.

Very fun arena, the roll mechanic is very like ours!

The roll mechanic is excellent.

I like how both the physical rolling of the die and changing of the die face are made into mechanics. Sometimes I didn't want to change my weapon but needed to roll to get out of a tight spot. Maybe with even higher diversity in weapons, the tradeoff of rolling could be even more interesting!

The starting difficulty was too hard (for me who doesn't play bullet hell games) so it made it a little difficult for me to experiment with the mechanics.

very nice sound effects

feels very nice

particles please

good game :)

It's a simple idea but the work is nice. the game gets harder very fast. something like a wave system could be added.

Pretty fun! The only change I would make would be to make the main character stand out more from the background, since it was sometimes difficult to figure out where you were

Super creative!! I loved the idea to use something so crucial to the game to roll the dice and change the attack! Great job!!

Interesting concept, I like the idea of having each faced maped with a player ability but I feel like it lacks variety in terms of abilities and S&F for what does each face represents in terms of abilities. Overall it was fairly fun.

Like the way the defence mechanism changes the playstyle, makes you think a bit more before you dodge! Starts out very fast paced and chaotic! Overall good idea and execution :D

Really like the artwork and the idea. The player character is perhaps a little hard to see sometimes but the style is awesome

the way the game is presented is very nice

really fun and high intense, i like the concept a lot as well.

The presentation is great! I like how a downside of the higher dice is that all your own projectiles make it more difficult to see the enemy projectiles.

Nice art style! Tying the roll randomizing to the dodge roll is a really nice touch that can force the player to engage with the weapon randomizing. I feel like the invulnerability for the dodge could be increased a bit but otherwise everything feels pretty good.

Nice work! Your game fits the theme of the jam well -- the 5-weapon was my favorite.

High score was 258

Haha. Clever. Using the traditional rolling mechanic of other top down shooters to roll the dice and change weapons is genius.

Admittedly locking the dodge to the cardinal directions isn't great. When I roll, I want to dodge something.  Maybe use the same mechanic, but with arounder dice.

Also with a top down shooter, I would like it to start off a bit slower. Or have an upgrade system.
Looks good, sounds good.

This has a lot of potential. Well done.
