I enjoyed the way using randomness and dice
I enjoyed the investing option, nice idea!
Cool mechanics, I love the art and animation as well :)
A game of dice which is untitled. 10/10
Clever interpretation of the theme. It was super engaging and fun game. Great job!
Thank you so much!
Cool idea! i like the investing option!
Thank you!
🎲 Very cool idea with turn based combat and meaningfull decisions and even some replayability potential! Nice entry.
Thank you very much!
The investment mechanic really adds another dimension to the game, making it stand out from other turn-based fighters. I think the game could've benefited from clearer visual feedback, such as a clearer distinction between blocking damage with armour and actually losing health. Lovely concept, well executed given the time limit!
Thanks for the feedback!
I planned on making things more clear, but it didn't work out in the time frame, but that's how it is in game jams
Thanks again!
Thats a nice little game with turn-based combat. I like art style and attack animations. Nice work ^^
While the game doesn't look very good, it was pretty fun!
I see a few people having difficulty to balance the game(same with our game); this game was Fun and challenging.
i can't play it ): it just isn't working, but i think it's good game
Interesting game
This is a great game!
The art style is great and the mechanics with the dice and the turnbased attacks make a complex game thats simple enough for everyone to understand, and strategetic enough for you to have to think about your moves and play the game.
Like i said before, great game!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
This is fun!
I really liked the option to invest, I think it added a lot and made the game much more interesting.
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it!
The idea is pretty good, I love the art and the music was great.
I spent a few minutes wondering what to do with the dice (and several restarts when I threw them off of the screen) until I found out that you're meant to put them in the white boxes.
The gameplay was good but the graphics started freaking out after the 2nd turn
Anyways, great job on making it in such a short time :)
Thanks for checking out the game!
Thank you for providing a screen shot, could you tell me if you were playing in full screen?
no problem :)
Yeah I was playing in fullscreen, also I ran it with Safari on a Mac if that makes any differences
It's interesting, engaging enough for it's short playtime, so I'd say a successful jam game. Nice chiptune and goopy monster sprites as well.
As for feedbacks, probably should've said you have to drag the dice, i was clicking all over trying to figure how to operate it lmao. Also it feels weird that the dice don't stack values if you double up on something. It's pretty much impossible to beat the boss if you take the heals instead of the dice which feels odd. Also I feel like you should be able to move the dice after you place them, doesn't really make sense for them to get locked in.
Anyway, fun little thing. Good job.
Thanks for the feedback!
Really good art, love the animations! It's a good concept, well done!
Thank you very much!
I think it was fun, the concept I have seen before but it was executed differently. I think the game scales up a bit too fast, but that can be cuz of the time limit. I do wish that the sprites had their own space because it was hard to see everything all at once without getting overwhelmed in the beginning. think you handled everything right, but the biggest thought I have is that you should be given the option to invest your points into healing whenever you want, and that to get the new die you have to play riskier and save it up, as in like you can heal mid-fight, but you don't get a new dice if you do it too often, and could be balanced by making it so that if you lower the enemies health past 0 you also get some extra invest points.
Thank you for feedback!
