Love the cute hand-drawn art style. This is among my top games in this jam for sure. Not much else to say. Great game. I hope you do well in the rankings.

A very cute and simple game, with tons of funny dialogue.
Definitely enjoyed my time playing.
Also, thank you for including the source code, I plan to learn godot once I have the time, and this would greatly help me in figuring some things out :D

I had a really great time with the game - nice job!
Great style, loved the little things like how the plants/trees moved out of the way. Wasn't able to defeat the final boss, but I was also playing on a trackpad. Also the music is really good!
Incredible visuals! Would like to see how to make the combat less random.
Great art style,music,story and humour with a lot of flourish.
I'd say the only unenjoyable part was the mechanic itself sadly, especially on the gate parts.
Overall though a fantastic submission with a high level of polish!

The visuals are the greatest strength of this game. The players animations are just eye candy and the environments just look gorgeous. The texts are also perfect xD

Super funny and charming. I think this is a really wonderful time and i really liked the mechanics. I think the only thing that might need work is i really struggled to defeat the bugs, but regardless that final boss fight was awesome! I think the graphics and music were really well produced, the presentation level here is very impressive.
