Incredibly clever puzzler. Great amount of variety in the environmental hazards and felt very rewarding to play. Excellent work!

Thank you!
I appreciate it :D

A really cute and nice game.

I think the biggest compliment I can say that it is probably the most intuitive game I played the whole jam, the visual language is top notch! i didn't even stopped for a moment and thought what a thing is goanna do in the game which is super important in a puzzle game.

Developer

wow, thank you so much :) :)

Very nice, solid and fun. The only thing I can't figure out is the relationship with the Jam theme.

Developer

Thanks!

We didn't take the theme literally in terms of using dices.
The main mechanic is rolling dice shaped islands.

Submitted(+1)

very nice.

The only thing missing is more levels.

Developer (1 edit)

Thank you.

We did want to add more levels, but ran out of time.
We will add more once the jam ends :)

Oh man, this is exactly my sort of puzzle game. I love the working out how each new mechanic works, and the ease at which you can restart levels means you can experiment with ease.

Love the general vibe, both the sound effects and music mesh well for a relaxing puzzle-solving experience.

I'd prefer if the puzzle configuration didn't reset whenever I reset the puzzle, so I can iterate on my solving process without having to set-up my last solution again!

Developer

Thanks a lot :D

It's nice to see you had fun working out the mechanics,
we also thought it was one of the fun parts but were worried people would be confused.

I agree that we should have an option to not reset the puzzle configuration,
we actually wanted to implement to add that but ran out of time.

Really neat idea! It would be really cool to actually make the islands have 6 sides and perhaps make the challenge 3D? I can see it now, and it could probably be made into a full game! Great effort.

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot :)

This was actually our original idea!
We ended up deciding on 2D since we don't know modelling yet and the jam is very short.

Submitted(+1)

Omg you should DEFINITELY do that .. I would play it.

Super tricky puzzle game. There were a lot of red herrings here that made it tricky to sift through the visual noise, and the different objects could have been introduced more gradually (I still don't really know what some of them do), but with a few more tutorial levels I think that'd be easy enough to fix. Very well polished and thought out, though. Great work!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks!

We did use some red herrings since otherwise it felt very easy to understand in which direction a cube should face.
I agree about introducing things more gradually, we didn't have enough time to create levels so we might have made the curve too steep, but we will try to fix it after the jam.

Short and sweet!

With more work on the current levels and new ones, it could be a very nice puzzle game.

Developer(+1)

Thanks!

We are planning to do that once the jam ends :)

Submitted(+2)

Very Juicy!

Path puzzles are one of my favorites and this one is very nicely done. It could've been better if the functions of the different blocks were stated right away.

Anyways, good game! Cheers!

Developer

Thank you!

The game is pretty chill and the puzzle is really fun to play.

It can use some more visual  indicators, but is a pretty solid start!

Developer

Thanks a lot :)
