Nailed it ! Atmospheric & loved the amount of immersion you get from just a vending machine, really well done! Thank you so much for participating in the jam.

Developer

That means a lot! Thank you for the opportunity!

You did a great job here, the integration of the theme, mechanics and art are incredible! Congratulations on the great work!

Developer

Thank you, that means a lot!

You definitely did a great job. The idea is very unique, along with the mechanics, and the raccoon makes the game special haha. It’s really quite challenging. I think my advice would be that it’s a bit hard to understand at first, but it’s a great game!!!

Developer

Thank you for playing! I definitely need to make the game more intuitive. I’ll keep that in mind for my next jam. Appreciate the feedback!

The art is very well done, the sounds, the atmosphere. The animation of the rat shooting, the threatening look. Applause👏

Developer

I appreciate that, thank you!

The focus on the vending machine with the menu buttons being vendable items is a cool concept. The design of the snacks is really nice, and getting popped by the cat was certainly a surprise. the objective was a bit difficult to understand but i eventually figured it out.

Thank you for playing! I agree I definitely could have taught the player how to play at first or make it more intuitive. I did my best to make up for it by elaborating how the game works on the itch page.

It has so much style!  I hate to use the word, but its immersive.  You have everything you need right there in the machine.

Thank you! Huge props to @simi_draws for the art and bringing the vision to life.

It was rough at first, but then I got the idea and now I'm top of the leaderboard >:) Super unique controlling everything from the numpad, also it is totally in character for a raccoon to have a gun and have no issues using it lmao

Developer

Haha yea the raccoon is my favorite part. Thanks for playing!

I adore the art style, the effects, the way you use the vending machine, even the leaderboard. Clearly a lot of thought and effort was put into this, and it shows! I am happy with making second on the leaderboard, but I am sure someone is going to beat it :)

My only request would be to see how many attempts you actually have at the current level. There were times where I was confident since my solution took four moves, only to get blasted after three rounds :/

Also I am unsure why this thing is shooting me eventhough I give it snacks :( Why does it care about the order of things :)

Developer

Thank you for playing, your feedback means a lot! Moves are measured in dollars and the amount of moves you have are different per level. You can tell how many moves you have left on the vending machine screen under the text “BALANCE”. Hope this helps!

wow that makes sense, I missed it completely :)

Developer

No worries! Definitely on me for not making it intuitive enough.

I don't have good brain cells to play these games . But still cool !
