I like the Voice Acting, Humor and the Lie-Detector ;)
Also cool game Idea, right before i thought the ship/spacestation was completly empty i was killed by a giant crab. 10/10 ;)
The most important improvement would be to make the combat more understandable for the player (who`s turn is it, how much moves/attacks etc are left, how much health has everybody including the enemys and so on)

This has potential.  It just needs some more indications on what is going on and how they player can defeat the encounters.  More juice (like hit effects, particles, sfx, etc.) if you will.  Lastly, the graphics are tiny, maybe consider zooming into the action when encountering the enemies.  Good job on the dialogue and voice acting!

Oh wow, I wasn't expecting to see a turn-based, sci-fi, tactics game in this jam! It definitely an interesting concept and a good start but judging by the state that it is in I assume it was a bit of a tall order. Which I was originally thinking when I realized what it was. There's quite a bit that you managed to get it and working which is impressive though it also seems like there are a few bugs and some features that could use some polish. Unsure if it was intended, but one thing I may suggest is having the timer tick down a certain amount each round of the turn-based combat instead of having it run freely. It would make combat less of a rush but allow the timed element of the overall game-play to remain.

Overall great concept, I hope to see an updated version of this if you plan working on it further!

I think there is a bug since after I died, I wasn't able to respawn at all. The game would just repeat the set up crew formation and death voice lines over and over again.

Also any advice for the first crabs I encounter? They seem too strong to get past.
