Really well done! Unfortunately, I kinda suck at it lol

Overall a quite polished game.
At first I was concerned that spamming my spacebar would get me in trouble during work hours (my supervisor doesn't like it if I play games for some reason), but thankfully the option to continuously shoot with 'ctrl' avoided that.
I'd give it a 8/10 for working hours, due to it's addicting nature.
But a straight ten out of ten for playing it in your freetime!
Good job creating this (:

Nice game! Everything is really solid, from art and music to game design. Felt like a classic arcade game. Really well done!

Rock solid production - catapulting me back to the classics! Had a few hiccups in the beginning (crashes in Firefox on mac, SFX cutting out after a bit, and also music continuing after crash) Anyway, got it to work smoothly in Safari, so just thought i'd let you know!

Really solid game, nice. I was confused by the controls at first, thinking I just had to spam spacebar, then I read the instructions :D

Pretty cool, reminds me of old arcade games. The gameplay is solid! I did not manage to get very far each time, the lazer beams insta-killed me. It's also cool to see that some power ups made it to the game.
Pretty polished for a two-people team! Did you do the music too?
Good Job!

Hi Substain, thanks for playing and leaving Feedback.
The yellow lazer beams / lazer barriers itself are supposed to kill you instant, so that you kill one of the lazer-emitters to deactivate the barrier.

No I just did around half of the sounds, I searched for and choose the Music from Itch.io I will link all used Assets in the description. Had zero time left to add them to the game.
All the music we used came from this pack: https://bit-by-bit-sound.itch.io/16-bit-starter-pack <<<talented artist, with lots of good music for other genres too

Nice traditional shoot'em up, a blast from the past with arcadeish music! I experienced some graphics glitches, but apart of it it's a good game!

As always, a great game by you two,

The graphics felt very good and consistent, both in colors and level of detail.

The mechanics are classic, but very well implemented,

The only issue that I found is that I couldn't submit my score, I finished the eye boss with around 22k points, and I even added my username, but it didn't store it in the leaderboard 😢

Great job, guys!

Hi Carlos, thanks for playing and leaving your feedback!
Yeah there is something slightly wrong with submitting the scores, i`ve tested it a few times (with different PCs) and it works (generally). Sometimes score will only get added when you go back to the main menu or something like that and look at the leaderboard again. Sometimes you have to submit it twice or something if the Leaderboard was not ready idk.

Sorry would loved to have your score in there!
