The ambiance is well made. The graphics are also nice. My laptop had a hard time running it lol. But cool game 👍
Good The Thing like vibe!
GAMEPLAY
The mouse control was too sensitive for me, which could affect player experience in navigating the eerie setting. Despite the intentionally limited visibility due to fog, perhaps adjusting it slightly could improve playability. I could not see much and that did slow me down a lot during play. Concept is good though. Solid base for further future updates
ART STYLE / VISUALS
The 3D world was well-crafted and styled appropriately for the game's ambiance, contributing effectively to the overall atmosphere.
AUDIO / SOUND DESIGN
The sound effects were well executed, enhancing the sense of loneliness and complementing the adverse weather conditions within the game.
INNOVATION
Innovation was not a notable feature in this game.
THEME
The theme was incorporated, fitting isolated ambiance.
Overall a good atmospheric game jam entry. Solid base for some more. Keep it going 💪!
I really like the camera movement and the pleasant visuals. Try out my game :)
Graphics and atmosphere were great but I got disoriented a lot while outside the building, mainly due to the fog and the high mouse sensitivity. But I did enjoy my time with it!
The graphics, sound and UI are great. I like the ambien with the old radio. The task are straightforward but I agree is so hard to see, both in the snow storm and when the lights go out, I had to restart the game and search the cannister before the lights went out. The fov and mouse sense felt normal to me at 2000 dpi. Overall very polished game.
Played and rated!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere! In fact it felt so interesting I retired 4 times before managing to win, and I didn't feel like giving up because of it :)
My downside is that the fog was too strong I think, would be nice to have a flashlight or some sort of light reference point in the world to better be able to navigate.
Well done! :)
No matter how many times I tried the game, it just stops at loading screen at about 90% or so. :(
Really cool atmosphere but the fog was too hard to see through I think - yeah, that’s the point, but it was mostly painful on my eyes tbh. Wish you could speed up the text without skipping it by accident, not sure what happened storywise when I won. Did eating food do anything?
I think it’s ripe for adding more spookiness and more to it, if you wanted, it’s a great job overall :)
Very spooky game. FOV is a little low and sensitivity is a little high though..
Good graphics, it is difficult to control the sensitivity of a POV for all screens and mouse, so as not to think too much about it, spend time allowing the user to configure the sensitivity of the mouse.
The game looks very good, unfortunately the very narrow FOV makes it unpleasant to play - had to put it down before I could finish. Sounds are nice, could play with reverbs a little bit for additional effect.
