How does your game relate to the theme?
I made a platformer game with a different kind of gravity change mechanic, and you only have ONE SHOT to beat it each time. For example, if you were to die on level 8, you go back to level 1. The leaderboard for my game is actually based on speedrun times, so the lower the time, the higher up on the board.

That was interesting but way too difficult. I think having the character snap to the opposite floor is unintuitive and it probably would have been better to just flip the gravity.

The writing was a bit too much though. Not only was the text hard to read due to the bouncing font, but there were way too many lines. It felt unnecessary and you could have gotten the same effect by writing less

The graphics were simple but nice and I especially liked the main characters strange walk animation

I was about to give up because the game is very frustrating but I found a glitch that makes the player character pass through a floor/ceiling and it made the experience more fun because I could find new ways to skip to the end of the level lol
The artstyle is simplistic but very nice and I caught myself trying hard to advance in the levels despite my frustration :')

Nice game.
I like your artstyle.

Cool core mechanic, with lots of little bits of polish that make the game feel good.

I got stuck on level 5 though and have no idea how to proceed.

I love the extremely drawn style of the 'leaderboard, X, the arrow keys ' , It is genuinely a cool style, The moving title screen is a good touch too! I didn't expect to see a storyline in the game, I was caught off-guard there cause this is a speed running game, the character animation is adorable (yes i know he's a bit scary but still)

I DIDNT KNOW WE COULD JUMP SO I WAS Q/E till the 3 spiked level and I really couldn't get past that level. It made me rage quit lol (thats a good sign tho cause I did want to keep trying to get over that) You have to jump over the top three spikes right?? please tell me i need to know so i can sleep properly tonight 😭

Had alot of fun honestly and its a great challenge-game!

Level 5 feels impossible, ouch! I really like the minimal style, unique text effects, and the story. The controls are a bit tight and tricky to master, but that might be intentional! The music when a message pops up just makes me happy for some reason. :D

It feels like you may just be disabling/enabling 2 different player characters instead of actually shifting the gravity. Makes that 5th level jump possibly impossible?

It sort of reminds me of some of the game mechanics on Crash 4. It's a really cool concept. Great job!

The game is good, I liked the Mechanic about change the gravity. One thing that i wish for the game it's the transitions for each level, 'cause i die so much on the nearby spikes. Good luck with him!👍

I like the art theme, and the concept is unique! Adding some visual and audio feedback could enhance the experience. However, I got stuck on level 5 and couldn't figure out how to solve it. There's also a bug that can cause you to phase underground. Overall, good luck with the jam!
