- This was a really cool game, the only issue was, how to fire again wasn't immediately clear (you have to get the arm back). But overall, was really good. Also recharging health. Maybe they were easter eggs but that could have been clearer. Nevertheless, really impressive game.
How does your game relate to the theme?
The player gets only one bullet in the form of a reusable rocket fist, leaderboard displays the amount of waves survived!

I like big mechs and destructible environments so I had a lot fun and found your game very replayable.
Although, moving around is difficult and inconsistent and the spiking difficulty when you get to wave 6/7 due to enemies burying you with bullets with almost no movement options makes for a frustrating experience.
Would definitely play it again for fun though :)
Thanks! Yeah balance is way off
The ability to destroy building is awesome! It definitely enhances the feeling of chaotic fight and emphasis the tremendously big size of the robots.
Good job!
Love the destruction.
The only issue I found was,
when an enemy is very close to you, it becomes really hard to escape as well all the bullets you shoot at it goes to the sky (especially when aiming down).
Everything else is great, loved the game.
Playing as a massive mech will never not be fun (or maybe I just enjoy Evangelion)
I loved the destructible environment.
I would have liked if the location of your bullet after you shoot it was more prominently displayed (like an indicator or something)
Cool submission!
i've seen too many entries with weapon based game but gg for your submission !
Would you mind clarifying what that means?
Cool/weird bouncing mech and awesome destructible environment! I had a good time with this but it was kind of frustrating losing my arm. It isn’t very clear when your arm isn’t attached due to the strange shapes of the mech so it felt pretty unsatisfying lining up a shot and clicking just for nothing to happen.
Also, in one attempt I tried to do a crest of artorias style point farming scheme by standing on the propellers and having the bots jump off the arena. It worked for a little bit but they would get stuck in the arena and so I tried to shoot one from far away and then my arm disappeared. I ran around the entire map and I could not find it. Idk if it was a glitch or if I just wasn’t able to find it but I think the game could definitely use an arm retrieval mechanic. Either some system to locate it or a mechanic to pull it back to you no matter where it is.
Im gonna add a marker to the dropped arm, i dont think the hand became inacessible as even if you hit something and it falls off the map it will get teleported to the center. Thanks for playing!
Damn!!! That was ambitious and risky. making a game like this for web build, but it paid off. the game was a lot of fun. Though there are performance issues sometimes, the overall experience was great.
Thanks!
OH MY GOSH! I like the idea abot fight destrying everything, I am felling just like Godzilla kkk.
The bullet idea is very good(my game also have this idea), but can be better if had a indicator on the screen to show where is it.
Thanks, you're right that would be great
First impressions by seeing screenshots only: PACIFIC RIM RAAAAAH!
The robo models/animations are top notch, I really like these two details: the fact that if you shoot in the sky it comes back & that the fist returning is based on a area radius instead of direct collision as that would have been frustrating! I wish the scoring was enemy based as opposed to wave based, just gives more stimulating feedback & progress feeling. Killing enemies was easy (in a good way). Overall, An entertaining game!
Yeah you're right, I added the scores and hooked up the leaderboard during the last day so I didn't really pay much attention to that. This probably would make it more competetive too as there wouldn't be that many repeated scores.
Ah, that's fair! Those are just game jam things hahah
Yes, it's fun to destroy the whole city!!! very cool submission, I liked the animations of the character and the enemies in general, a very interesting concept, I was confused about why I couldn't shoot at first until I understood that I should go get my arm, a visual feedback of where the arm is would be interesting, it was a lot of fun playing your game, I hope it continues development after the game jam. If you could give me some feedback on my submission I would be grateful.
Thanks for playing and for the feedback!
First time I shot I missed and I was confused as to how I was supposed to shoot again. Having a little notice to go pick up my arm may have helped me.
This was fun though! Decently fun concept, but I didn't feel like I was in real danger until about level 6 but I just got destroyed by that point. I really enjoyed this entry. Good stuff, my dude!
Thanks! Yeah I didn't have much time for balancing the difficulty
