There's a lot to like about this game - the style is absolutely spot on, the music fits the mood, and the gameplay is solid.
The biggest weakness is the character controller, I think. I often got stuck on objects, which did cause me to die a few times! Also, it felt like there was quite a lot of input lag. I don't think the issue was *actually* input lag, but when I let go of a direction the character continued to move for half a second or so, and then abruptly stopped. It also felt like it took a little bit of time to start moving? Alongside that, the camera had a little bit of constant shake every time the player moves - I think it was just parented to the wrong object, maybe.
The gameplay itself was fun, though, and there has been some really nice consideration made to the player experience. The way the enemies show where and when they're going to attack is really good, for example.
How does your game relate to the theme?
WTF: it's a game with a different proposal from shooting games, where you have one bullet at a time, and one bullet kills the enemy, when the enemy dies, in addition to increasing the points multiplier, it drops an instant reload, taking that reload you can shoot again, and maintain the score multiplier, if you miss or miss your shot you will have to wait for the manual reload which takes long enough for the bonus to return to 1x, in other words it is a game that has everything to be frantic If you dominate it, the leaderboard gives that competitiveness that the game needs, being in the top 3 you unlock a special cosmetic item, if you are demoted you lose it.
