I'm writing a comment again. I'm going to raise the score, it's the only game I've returned to because I wanted to play it again for a while, that speaks very well of it
Wow, thank you so much. I'm so glad you're having fun playing it!
Impressive on a technical level, I have no idea how you've managed to make this. very nice
Luck. Mostly luck. I've tried this effect five times now, and this is the first time it worked.
Cute little game quite fun to play. c:
At the beginning I didnt know I was suppose to collect the Canes, maybe a little glitter particles around them or a glow would have helped me :)
That's a good idea! I'll try to add that in the future. I was kinda worried about that, and my make-shift solution was to put the first three near the start? Hoping the pick-up noise and particle effect (on pickup) would show that to players.
Very fun, I managed to get 1509 points in the first game and I kept trying until I got 2000 points.
Merry Christmas! 🎄 <3
Awesome!!!! that's a great score! thank you so much for playing the game. Merry Christmas to you too! (and merry boxing day, and merry all the other holidays!)
I could fly so high in to space, really fun x)
Galaxy and snow, not bad
definitely a lot of momentum in this game. You really get the feeling of the speed I would prefer to have a little bit control over the camera to be able to see the upcoming obstacles. It felt like I just go down in random. But other that this I really liked it a lot. My fav moment when I realize the player skier turned into a snowball ;)
I'm really glad you liked it! I agree, there is some improvement to be made to the camera. I couldn't quite figure it out in time, so i hoped it was "good enough" for the jam. The level/direction/obstacles are all random, so it's impossible to predict what's coming.
My high score was 520 :3
I really wanted to get it to record the highscores between players. I couldn't figure it out though. It would be really cool if people posted theirs here, lol.
The camera transitions were smooth (I honestly have zero clue how it works), and the game was fun, but the music might need to be a bit quieter, or have a volume slider. Other than that, great job!
In the options menu, there is a volume slider for both the music, and the sound effects. Accessable during play by hitting the escape key!
The transitions are a modification of a complex shader graph thingy. Theres a link on the game page for Rigor mortise Tortise youtube tutorial of it.
Really fun game! The only problem i had with it was that i couldn't see clearly where i was when i was knocked out, but it gave the perfect feeling of speed and panic!
I tried to get the camera to turn towards the track some when you get thrown off.... It reaulted in the camera spinning wildly 😅. But i'll definitely try to work that out in a future update! I'm glad you liked it!
Fun game. I don't know why I kept getting booted out of the half-pipe, but it was a lot of fun!
Nice work.

There's 2 main reasons. First is ghost collisions - unity's collision detection system has a known issue with repeating track segments. The workarounds that i found were too complicated to pull off for me, but i'm working on them.
The second is the ramps that can show up. They look like the track, and spawn at random locations. They can be hard to see, and throw you very far. They can be frustrating, but hopefully also fun?
Love the game and honestly loved the random kicks and then trying to get back onto the map!
I'm glad you liked it! I had someone playtest it, and while trying to figure out why it was happening, they insisted that it stay. Happy accidents, and all that. I agree it makes it more fun!
Game is cool, quite disorientating but its silly :P
