Very nice effects!

After a steady diet of space stations, I died to a comet. fun game. Thanks for creating it.

I had the feeling that going down had much more inertia than the other directions. Did you use floating origin for this?

Very cool! Simple idea well executed, the skewing shader is super cool, however I think all the things near you should be dragged towards you, or at least make the collider grow with size, sometimes it feels a bit off how the things just by a little bit avoid your black hole.

It is a good take on a such genre. However, gravity sometimes felt almost like "screen borders". Maybe, that could be fixed with some kind of effects, but it would probably be difficult to not overdo and not to make "too much" info.

Agree with other commenters about gravity shader!

Ah, maybe also keeping small objects that you consume at first would be a nice touch. It would add to a score by little, but feel almost like magic.

Really good implementation of the theme! I'm a bit confused as to why my black hole seemed to be pulled around by something which made the controls feel a bit sluggish, but other than that it was great

Developer(+1)

Objects with higher Mass than you pull you in via Gravity

I received a message by a user named Hako that they were removed from the credits and project? If they had a hand in this, no matter how small, I'd advise to please add them to the credits again. Thank you.

Developer(+1)

He was removed from the credits in error by another team member, and I have corrected this, thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Good to hear, thank you!

Omg the distortion effect around the black hole is awesome! Nice music too! Nice job!

The warping effect of the black hole is really cool! Nice work! I got into the thousands before I died

Great game and idea! One of my favorite entries so far.

Submitted(+2)

Very nice! Makes me want to try again and again. To see what new objects I can absorb

Submitted(+2)

Great game! So satisfying absorbing the other objects! Congratulations!

Really good submission, nice visuals and fits the theme really well. Really enjoyed sucking up some planets (but got killed buy asteroid belt)

Submitted(+1)

my first pathetic black hole was eaten by a satellite

my second become strong!

Developer(+2)

When testing I would rush the satellites, and be like to myself "you got to eat an asteroid first!"

I really like the effect you've done with the warping of the sprite. Great work! Keep it up!

Developer(+2)

I was the guy who wrote the black hole shader, I really appreciate your words of encouragement.

Submitted(+3)

Nice idea, I loved how there was always a bigger object to eat, and always a reason to continue I loved how the space tangled around the black hole. Well done!

Developer(+2)

Glad you noticed, thanks for playing!

I've always liked the Spore level 1 gameplay and this concept is the core of that. I think it could use some kind of background and sometimes objects start popping out of existence. Warping the objects as you get closer to sucking them up is a brilliant touch. I was a bit disappointed that it just suddenly ends when you reach a certain size, and the later stages of growth really accelerate. Overall, this was great!

Thank you so much for the feedback, we appreciate it!
