lmfao, that was an INCREDIBLE experience. i knew i was in for a treat the first time i hit space bar xD

the wolf screaming AAAAGHGHHH made me choke laugh

i was expecting it to end around the second or third sequence and it KEPT GOING. extremely impressive how much you put into one week of work, with more than 1 boss fight even. -and cutscenes-

absolutely lost it at the hippos xD

my favorite game of this jam so far i think

unique minigame concept! quick and efficient pacing and the theme suits! nice ambience.

enjoyed sitting in the room listening to percival speak at the speed of an auctioneer, that's a quick tongue!

thank you! yeah the build is quite rushed (i think we made it 40 seconds before deadline we were fretting!). you should only be able to pick up 1 item at a time, but due to bugs you can pick up EVERY pickable item at once... whoops..

thanks for the detail though and the suggestions for better future stuff

heartwarming tale about respecting your elders

harder to beat than i thought- LOVE the silly sprites and the super bright colors make me smile ! great work

i can tell straight up when someone loves rhythm heaven / warioware and it makes me very happy!! its complete and works and is a fun and silly idea for a microgame! great stuff

cute little puzzler! i enjoyed the art; fun and smooth mechanics with the screen rotation, i could see this being on a gameboy!

i like the cute little bobbing guy! variety of nice music and some clean platforming mechanics make this a fun little minigame! thank you for adding coyote time

i got 7650 score but didnt manage to get killed by the big bad guy aww. really liked the music (another track seemed to kick off over 5000 score)! nice graphics and ui layout, really nailed the gameboy spirit!

the ship snapping to some odd 90 degree rotation after any turn i made was a bit of a downer; you learn to play around it but with smoother rotation this would be a blast of a little space shooter!

neat mechanic with the boomerang and using it to manuver around some walls to flip switches and such! suspending the boomerang above the little minibosses made them stand no chance haha. nice work

thanks for playing it!

going into the jam we sort of wanted to try an rpg, and when the secondary theme was revealed as space' we decided to interpret that for the 'tile' movement system. We planned medium / large (2x2 tile) monsters, movable blocks and pressure plate puzzles and such, and also to expand the town after completing objectives; we clearly went way over scope, alas!

thank you for the honest feedback! honestly this is likely because i left the dumb default pink background for the (already pink) cursor outline to meld with. it's VERY hard to see specifically at the top right (you can tell only by 4 pixels) and i forgot to make the border bigger or flash or something to help. working on making anything stand out with only 4 colors was definitely a challenge for me!

fun little vertical jump platformer and very cute art! it would be nice if the screen moved down with the player instead of the bottom of the screen acting as a kill zone; i could have made several jumps if i didn't raise the screen so much and lose track of a bird or what not. but nice work ^^

enjoyable with nice graphics! i placed 6th i am not the best decorator lol. laughed at some of the item descriptions and i love the djunkelskog he watches me cook now

nice interpretation of the theme in multiple ways, wonderful sprites and its nice and smooth! great work all ^^

thank you kindly for taking the time to try it!

thank you so much! we were going for that shareware pinball vibe aha

<3

i honestly felt myself yearning to live longer rounds just so i can hear the boppin tune! the synchronized sprites really satisfy my brain; love rhythm games, great work!

fun little platformer with tight controls and a functional camera! impressive!

i knew we shouldn't have grown so many dang melons

clean! there's potential to flesh this out! i really enjoy the popping noise, keep it lol

lots of impressive details for 48 hours! im not quite sure how you crammed so many mechanics in such short time. Quite difficult.  I, Player638 perished to the cold dark

fun little idler! the color and music transitioning is a really nice touch, leaves a nice little message to think about a moment before paving over nature

fun little complete game and tight controls! the planets on the top banner of the game are a nice touch. completed pretty easily. good work!

through this game i have discovered three important things

meat is just fruit with a soul, benches are created by dogs; and that if you paint a pig, it becomes a firefighter

never have i felt as meager as missing the first stroke and being taunted by a moving hole while accordion music plays

10/10

you made a very good little building game here, relaxing and cozy! showing highlights of all possible moves would definitely make it even better for me

good work!

fun and very responsive side scroller! the coyote time could be increased a tiny bit; there is no play around ledges. otherwise i had quite a bit of fun!

(1 edit)

fun and very functional little city builder! very impressive for 48 hours wow

had fun running around and playing with the inventory! some clever stuff going on there!

i did however find myself absolutely drowning in items eventually lol, was getting hard to move around

good work!

my first pathetic black hole was eaten by a satellite

my second become strong!

made a moat for my lovely castles and then realized society was a mistake and i went bankrupt and lost, 10/10

arrr! the scurvy dogs are now ashore! simple and good looking game using just the kenney assets!

i feel bad for the 20 pirates that have to live in that one tower but it's better than the ocean

MUSHROOM IS BIG

gigashroom is pleased with my offering

wow, really fun little puzzle game! the shaders look great and the gameplay is really satisfying! lots of production value for 48 hours, menu, UI sounds, etc; great work

love the mechanics on this! i could space out and do this for hours, kind of in the same token as lazy cleaning games such as Viscera Cleanup Detail

great work!

fun little survival game and nice music! harder than i was expecting

fun little obstacle dodging game, reminds me of some of my less proud moments on the interstate lol (especially the running out of gas part oh no)

you and your kids did great!

stop eating my friends you titanic jerk! *bang bang bang*

multiple levels, even bullet tracers? voice even; there's a lot in this shooter for 48 hours, good work!

fun little platformer and good sounds and music! a couple of places you can soft lock, between the tree and cloud and on the pipe rim; perhaps a forced respawn from checkpoint hotkey next time! great job for 48 hours!
