I like the concept! Exploring the island is fun, the controls are nice.
Some parts of the map seem to be floating, not sure if that's intentional. If you wanted some floating rocks I would suggest flipping some geometry just to cap the bottoms, make them look less flat.
Cool game! Took me a bit to realize I just have to chuck in the food the rune displays into the pot, I took it to the rune stone and threw it there instead at first lol.
I am a sucker for cooking games and the mechanics around them! I must say good job on this one. Exploring the island and grabbing ingredients along with shrines was a good twist to it. Moving the pot did get frustrating at some points but I was able to complete a recipe! Great game here!
Thank you!
Nice game!
Thank!
Managed it on hard! Fun little game, especially enjoyed accidentally yeeting my campfire into the sun on my first playthrough
This was really good, what a creative take on the theme! I really enjoyed playing it (though I definitely should have read the signs properly at the start). I think an interesting idea could be that you instead bring the displayed food to the shrine and then you can get the rune in return to add to the pot. With a bit more polish on the level I could see this becoming a fantastic multiplayer party game if each player got a different recipe and you had to race!
Neat - Liked the game
I really like cooking games! Good job developers!
Fun game and I enjoyed exploring the island. I wish you didn't lose your momentum when you land after a jump, it makes bunny hopping feel jerky. The way items are interacted with is very cool, but the important objects should be stationary. For example, the recipe sign and the bucket where food goes, I had a situation where I accidentally pushed the sign into the ground and couldn't see the recipe.
