Nice fun game, loved the visuals and concept : )

Really cute! I liked the interactions, and the puzzle element to each island! The music got a bit repetitive though, and I think that you could hide the help text after the first level (or even better, give the player the option to close it). Also, I noticed that click-dragging would trigger the "click" action too, which felt a bit awkward as it meant that sometimes I clicked on the solution accidentally and didn't understand what I'd done to activate it! I liked it though, well done!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! The player can already close the "how to play" panel. If you use the ESC key to enter the pause menu, there is a toggle there to hide it. I am planning to change the interactions and rotation buttons around so that the accidental clicking will no longer happen!

Submitted

Ah there was a pause menu! I never think to look for one of those in a 2 day jam game! :D

Simple concept but really lovely execution. I liked how polished everything was and the whole diorama aesthetic was great.

The chest in the ship on the 3rd level blended in a little too well, I was stumped for a bit because I thought the moving pirate ship had something to do with a solution. Great game!

Thank you for playing and leaving your feedback! The original idea was to involve the big ship in one of the solutions, but it took too long to think of something at the time, so I had to scrap the idea and just throw a chest somewhere else. In the future, I will create something that has the big ship as a solution. Maybe lowering an anchor and then pulling up a chest, but only at 1 specific spot out of 3 possible ones. Or firing a cannon at the correct spot, that then destroys something and reveals a chest! Loads of cool ideas, I didn't have time to implement during the jam.

5 stars :) love this kind of thing

Impressive entry to the jam - the low-poly models look great and the game overall feels quite polished. I sadly got stuck on the last box of the third level - maybe a hint system or a way to skip levels could be nice for bad puzzle players like me :)

Developer(+1)

Yes! I was thinking of allowing the game to show hints, unfortunately, the time didn't permit to add that system to the game. If I continue the development, I will certainly add something along the lines of hints.

this game is cool! also, I'm trying to spread the word for my game so more poeple can try it and maybe even rate it!

Really nice work ! I think that's one of my favorite game so far. Really simple gameplay but really well executed. The little animations are great and the concept is pretty original for this theme.
The onlyfeeback I could give is that I think the music is a bit annoying after 2 or 3 levels because of its repetitiveness. Great job, cheers !

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for playing! I will try to improve my music making skills for the next jam, so it won't take 3hrs for a simple loop :D

One of my favorite games in the jam, loved the concept, the visuals and the interactions between objects.

Cute concept. I think some other people have already said this, but the music can feel repetitive after just a few minutes. Otherwise this was fun, I felt the increase in difficulty from level to level was perfect!

Developer

I am still practising creating my own music. Next jam it won't take me 3hrs for one simple loop, I promise :D

Great game! Very nice!

Super good puzzle game this is probably gonna be one of the top scorer of the jam! Only thing I didnt like was the music good annoying over time.

Thank you for the feedback! I will try to improve my music making skills for the next jam!

Good job, very cool concept! Congratulations!

Loved the point and click type of gameplay, only thing I would have changed is probably not bother with music and the option therefore. Good job!

That was fun, felt like the correct amount of difficulty. And it fit's the theme really well. 👏👏

Great idea for the theme, I really liked it!

Made me remember how I played the Grow/Eyemaze Games back in the day.

A great idea and a very well done execution! did find it a bit hard at the end, and just button mashed everything and hoped for the best xD but a great job!

Developer

Thanks for playing and giving feedback! May I ask which chest was giving you trouble in specifically if you can remember?

Submitted

I think it was in the 3rd stage.. the last one (not sure where it was)

Man this was funny! Not too easy, not so hard.
Very creative and nice animations! For 2 days developing, this was an Inovation Master Piece! Congrats

I really love it! I’m a big fan of (point and click games), it brings back so many good memories. And the sounds remind me of (Bomberman).

Really well made game, the first interaction with the spark clearing the forest was really clever and got me hooked on the remaining levels. Would gladly play more!
