nice gameplay, easy to play but hard to master.

I liked the idea and interpretation of the theme. It was simple enough to understand. I wish that the wolves had a smarter AI. It is possible to defeat them just by running backwards and hitting. Maybe have it so they gang up on you by circling around you and taking turns attacking, so you always have to be on your toes.

Nice game! Seems like a good start for some sort of survival game. To take this to the next level you could add sound effects and perhaps some different levels. Good job!

Thank you for playing. I'll make sure to push this concept in the future.

I liked the character sprite's design, it was nice and responsive with the axe swings.  Similarly nice responsiveness of the trees and the wolves when they were struck with the axe.  Axe swinging felt natural without any lag.  Overall the graphics looked clean.  I wasn't really noticing the wolves as a negative--they were fairly easily dispatched and I didn't see my overall heat/health go down on account of them.  Maybe the difficulty level was too light.  Possibly an alpha wolf spawns occasionally that takes more time to deal with?  Otherwise it was easy to keep up with the fire.  But in terms of the mechanics functioning properly everything was well put together.

Thank you for playing and the detailed critics. I'll make sure to go through the stuff mentioned here.

Pretty decent for something you put together in a short time. There's definite potential for expanding it (new enemy types, different types of trees, different ways to regulate temperature, sounds etc.).

Developer

Thank you for playing bruh.

could be more polished, the player could turn in the opposite side when pressed another key, the implementation of the theme is good

Developer

Yep, the game need a lil polish haha. Thank you for playing bruh.

I like the idea and could definitely be expanded into a top down surviaval lkike dont starve. First thing I would do if you want to develope this project is add a bit of sound. A little sound really goes a long way!

Simple and effective :) Didn't really have to leave the starting zone much, may actually help to not let trees respawn so people explore a bit more. Definitely see the potential as you add enemy variety and maybe different types of trees!

Thank you for playing.

Nice work, I liked the art! Would be great with some SFX/music :)

Developer

Thank you and sorry bout the sound. Will add it later if I got the time.

Hey great game! I love the art style and the gameplay was smooth and fun! My only suggestion would be to make the trees respawn time longer, it would give more incentive to leave the base camp area and run into more wolves.

Developer

Thank you for playing. I'll look into every suggestion you mentioned.
