This is a great game! I love the artwork and music. The gameplay is fun and surprisingly strategic by the alternating frogs, it makes for a good highscore hunt. The only thing I think could be improved is the UI design. I think a font that fits the hand-drawn artstyle would have been a better choice instead of a clean one that sticks out a bit, but that's me speaking from a designer's perspective.
I really enjoyed my time with the game and hope you did so too making it!

Thanks so much for the feedback, It was really fun to do, I tend to be a bit perfectionist with my work, and it was fun to see what happens If I just do the first thing that comes up without thinking a lot. By the way, your game design blew my mind and that cover is the best.

Everything is very good! Artwork, Music, Sounds, Mood, all fit together very well. The gameplay is simple but fun. I like how each frog takes turns feeding. Too bad I cant help but feed them bees lol

An extremely adorable game! In terms of style every was amazing, from the art to the sound effects. Gameplay wise, it was a bit on the slow side, although still enjoyable with re-playability to be had

An adorable little game with amazing art. I had a smile the entire time I was playing. Also had a nice bit of strategy in planning your moves with the flies buzzing by and the frogs alternating. My biggest gripe was I had no idea what to do within the first few seconds of the game. Maybe not a full tutorial at the start but a quick guide would help, or a tutorial option in the menu. Also, some indication of which frog you were playing as would have been nice. Otherwise, this game was amazing.
Thank you! Tutorials are always hard to pull off and for a simple game like this we felt there was no need to explain much. But you’re right that we didn’t give the player any indication on what to do, maybe a simple “click” animation at the start would be enough to get the player started, don’t you think?

great art and great music! i had alot of fun playing this game but i would've liked to see something like a "variable jump height" but instead of jump height its tongue height.

Really nice game, amazing art & sound! Although I hard a hard time seeing where are the flies and where are the bees since they are both so similar in colors.

Absoluteley wonderful! The artwork is gorgeous, particularly the frog's responses. Gameplay loop is simple and fun, and felt fast enough to keep diving in for one more shot at beating my highscore :)

Love the artwork. The presentation as a whole was damn good. My only complaint is that I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the frogs shooting their tongues out one at a time. Led to situations where I really needed a certain frog to shoot their tongue out but I couldn't. Or maybe I should probably shoot the tongues of the frogs I don't want until I get to the one I want lol. Probably just me. Also explains the damage done to a frog if their tongues are in contact like when they get bees lol. Either way though, cool little game. High score so far is 660
Thanks! We initially wanted to make the game multiplayer and have each player control a different frog at a time. In that context it made more sense because the players would have to coordinate to avoid clashing. But we didn’t have enough time to add a second player. Maybe we should add a button to skip the current frog without shooting its tongue, that would probably make it easier. Thanks for the feedback!
