Enjoyment 3.75/5 - Level design is very nice and well designed and I like the main gameplay, but as others have said, it's very easy due to how you can move lily pads. More design could have been useful to make puzzles better.

Concept 4/5 - I do enjoy the main idea of moving lily pads to guide them and being able to move them as well as rotate, but it could use a few constraints to get more puzzle solving out of it. But it's a very promising base.

Presentation 5/5 - Game looks and sounds lovely! It makes for a very calming experience especially with that main theme and the soft sprite work.

Use of Limitation 3/5 - Timer works to fit the limitation although it doesn't really add much to any of the puzzles. Not detrimental to the game though.

Overall, a fine base to make something bigger with. I would be happy to see this become a full game with a few tweaks.

Hey thanks for taking the time to review it. And thanks also for reviewing many games so thoroughly! It’s a hard work but it lets you learn, discover mechanics and create new ideas so it definitely pays off!

Really nice entry!

A bit buggy I found, I accidentally shoved a frog through the wall to solve one of the levels.
because of how free range the movement on lilypads were you could solve almost any puzzle with just a single lily pad too, so I found the puzzles a bit easy. Could be really cool to see lily pads that can move but cant rotate mixed with ones that can rotate but cant move perhaps.

The visuals and audio was very relaxing!

But Mentioned in a earlier comment you should credit the author of the song if its not yours.

Solid work.

Hey thanks for trying it! I’m aware of those bugs but I didn’t have time to fix them. I literally had less than a day to do this game but I alway try to (at least) show the concept. About the music I had the references in the code repository and I added it to the game page to.

That was just a wholesome, peaceful and fun experience! A suggestion I have is maybe make the lily pads be selectable for movement without rotating them, maybe right click to rotate and left click to select.

Ps: Not sure about the music, afaik its from TikTok, but you should probably credit the author(s)

Fun puzzle game! I thought the controls were intuitive and the different levels were well designed. The graphics were cute & I like the chill music as well xD Good job overall!

Really cool concept being able to move lily pads and changing their direction. Was weird being able to just move the frog with a single lily pad. One thought I had is if you had 2 types of pads. 1 that can be moved around and 1 that can change the orientation. Could lead to some interesting setups.

Very fun overall :D

Very interesting concept, but I found how the game actually works very confusing at first. Still, I overcame that confusion pretty quickly and had a good time. I love a good puzzle game and this is one of them!

A great puzzle game. Well done.

Pretty much everything Manbo and GingerBradMan said. I like the use of the Jazz Frog meme music, instant smile on my face.

Concept is pretty solid, definitely gave me pause to think how best to accomplish the path. Ran into a few small bugs here and there such as the timer running out but not ending the level, or the frog not making it through the goal on the first pass. I really enjoyed the graphics, sounds and music though. Awesome work!

Awesome concept! Really enjoyed the thoughts and movement involved. I only ran into a small issue of the frog sometimes colliding with a star and being bounced back like a wall. Not sure if it was something I wasn't doing correctly. Thanks for the experience!

Really fun game, but realizing the fact that you rotate the lilypads and not move, but you can move with them if you click them was pretty fun. And also your game is glitchless, because if you have lilypad going some direction (I only tested down) and there is only 1 tile gap between lilypad and wall and the frog between them, it will glitch through the wall.

Funny game, sometimes I was too lazy to figure out how to put out water lilies, so I just pushed the frog to the finish line (sometimes I pushed the frog out of the level lol)

This was honesty the best game you have ever made :) it got a little repetitive, and I found some glitches, but really impressive if you did this in few hours :) Good work!

Thanks! It’s funny because personally I don’t like this kind of stuff but that was also a reason to keep going with this… who knows.

I literally have a few hours to do this on Sunday. Sorry guys if you find issues, at least I hope that you get the idea.
