Such a cool game holy smokes!!! The aesthetic is really amazing and literally right up my alley, like you couldn't make it more to my tastes if you tried (I guess maybe with some body horror and machinery...)
The sound design was very well done, as was the lighting and post processing. It was very satisfying shooting up the ghouls and the combat generally felt quite nice. The story is *great* and had me genuinely intrigued and anxious to see what happened next in a way that very few jam games do. Seriously, a game with good visuals, audio, story, AND gameplay in 72 hours is nuts. Some aspects were a little rough around the edges, sure, like the dialogue getting jumbled at one point and lighting filling rooms it shouldn't... but these are easy to ignore when the foundation is so solid. Seriously, I would love to see an expanded version of this. Great job and I will be looking at your future stuff with much interest!
Thank you so much! We worked quite hard (I personally think I ended up working 50 or so of the 72 hours). We have not discussed an expanded version with the team, but we will be updating it to fix bugs and polish the game. Where was the jumbled dialogue? (I'll look into fixing that)
I had accidentally interacted with an NPC while still interacting with the notebook in the beginning, so both were writing to the dialogue box at the same time resulting in a bunch of gobbledygook
That's interesting. Does that mean you managed to walk up the NPC without leaving the dialogue?
This game is great! It is really well made and fun. I loved that dying immediately respawns you pretty close - it is a perfect balance between high stakes but not wasting too much of my time 10/10

The atmosphere in the game is very eerie and unsettling. Especially the toothy monsters. One of them scared me so much I accidentally quit the game, haha. I absolutely love the artwork! The gameplay was fun, and I really want to see more of it. I really hope you expand the game in the future! The ending felt a bit abrupt, so I would love to see you work more on it! On another note, I had some issues with the screen resolution, it seemed to be too small but also not fit? I wonder if it's a general problem or just something with my browser.

Awesome project! I loved the art and creative story telling. Got stuck for a bit on the door because I couldn't exactly tell what the sprites were supposed to be, but in the end I figured it out and saved the town!

Ambitious project! Just spooky enough going through the houses with limited light. Also you can shoot before you get the gun lol. Couldn't figure the door out, my guess was coffin rat? eye based on the memories

It's very interesting. I really enjoy the concept, a doctor going around shooting monsters and getting people's memories. The art is very cute, but a bit... Static. The presentation is good, and I had fun playing it. I got jumpscared a few times by ambushing monsters on the dark, you could add some sign of where the monster is, just so we don't die so quickly.
