Cool concept but it gets repetitive by necessity. Check out my review of your game at https://www.twitch.tv/scalphamission
Interesting take on the limitation! It's a bit like a memory game, but also makes you think on some levels if you used the appropriate level of avoidance (shields for the green balls vs awareness, etc). Adding the "Do Nothing" option later in was a nice curveball. I enjoyed the graphics, music and sounds. Really nice work!
Thank you!
Presentation is great, and I really love the concept! Well done!
Our game is actually somewhat similar, funny how that happens. :)
Hahaha yes it is somewhat similar.
The game is a good idea. Howerver, I would like to have somehow an indicator for which object is about to come, and for that something like a timer so that you come faster under pressure. But I still like the game and the whole presentation!
Thank you, will keep that in mind.
Good work!
I would've like to see some sort of queues for the objects or maybe a time limit on the selection. Really enjoyed playing it still.
The client should move to another city though, I mean beams falling from the sky, truck drivers that I assure you just make U-turns just to hit this guy and, worst of all, the banana peels on the ground are risks that no human should take.
Thank, really nice ideas. Yes, he has to moved out, at least the car drivers still has some sense on them.
you bring my awareness to how deadly banana peels are, its time to stop them once for all! your game seems nice :) idea is really good, music is little iritating for me
Thank you for playing. Yes be careful of banana and sorry for the music. One more thing, I want to try your game, but it is a bit too big for me. I will try to download it later.
no worries :P
Since apparently it is a bit hard, I make a cheat sheet of abilities to be used in order. If anyone is interested, you can visit this link.
I love the aesthetic! it kind of reminds me of "Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective" Not sure how well it fits the limitation, since it feels better to get lucky than it is to lose and start over, but the game itself is pretty solid
Thank you! Yes, one of us mentioned that game too. We actually have two plans, first a puzzle game like in that game and the other is this. However, since we think it was a bit hard to do the first plan in span of 3 days, we decided for the second plan.
Good concept, graphics and sound. I nearly made it to lvl 6. Controls allowed me to play on tablet. Good work.
Thank you and good job!
... The idea is cool, but gets boring really fast when it becomes "Notepad And Waiting Simulator" and there's the fact that you can't know what to use first so it feels really random (I know the limitation, but it didn't really work for me), but I still kept going because I just really didn't want to kill that guy :)
Yes I understand it too, that's why I make a cheatsheet for myself wkwkwk. Also good job on saving the client.
The graphics are enjoyable and the concept is fun. Good game!
Aye~ Thank you very much.
I really like the graphics--all the elements are well-designed and fit together, and the color palette is easy on the eyes.
The main issue is that, because there are no visual or audio cues for the player to retain (e.g., the sound of a car horn or construction), it's just memorizing a fixed sequence for each day.
I would not want to live in this town, with iron beams and flowerpots falling out of the sky all night long. :)
Thank you! Shouts to our artist for the amazing works. Yes I have been debating about that for a bit, but if there are visual or audio cues, it becomes way too easy in my opinion and the chance of you lose your client live is almost none. Also you will be fine living here as long as you are not as unlucky as the client.
Very original and well-presented. I like little stories too, good work!
Thank you!
The game's presentation is spot on, however i do have to remark that due to the scripted-ness of these events it feels way more like a visual novel. If you ask me, it would've been better to simulate these events in real time and make them random with some kind of warning before they happen so that you can't just know what will happen and win every time. Another thing is the use of the limitation, which i'd say has been really bad. When you lose, you don't gain something, it isn't good. It's just made like in any other game.
Thank you for the feedback. That is actually our first idea, to make it real time, however we decided to not go that way. As for the limitation, when the client dies, you get an information of what kind of accident that will happen next, and can prepare your action, as in to strategize. Cuz an accident can have multiple ways to be avoided and you don't want to empty your ability uses.
That's a really interesting perspective, and I agree with it. When you die you get information on what will happen which makes it good to die.
Simple and powerful game. I like the idea and execution when we consider theme and limitation.
Good Job :D
Uwaa thank you very much
Very nice! Very hard, nice graphics, music and sounds!
Great job and keep up the good work! :D
Thank you! Yes it is hard, you have to die couple of times before you manage to win.
What a nice stylistics & concept! I like te obstacles you made :p
Thank you!
awesome game! the concept was to choose which move to take to avoid fate, the art was cool and the controls are simple, good replay value ! congratulations! keep it up!
Thanks~
Is the protagonist related to Dr.Loop?
Oh I should check that
Very cool idea. I liked the visual and the music. And I also liked the simplicity of this game. It's soothing to me
Thank you!
