I love the concept, driving around a little kids town mat! The controls were really smooth too, and the nerf gun was satisfying. Sometimes you have to wait around for a while when you've taken out the all the thieves in the area, but overall a really fun game!

Maybe in the future, we can add more types of thieves or shorten the lifespan of thieves to make the game a bit more difficult.

Gameplay is nice! Toy car is quite fast and simple to drive. Nerf darts are a game seller for me :D

"Multiple thieves would spawn, but only one thief indicator showed up. This was my biggest hang-up, since I did not figure this out until playing for 2-3 minutes"
I have seen many people complaining about this, we should definitely iterate more on the indicator.
"Make the world appear more like the child's playmat. The only reason I made this connection right away was the description of the game. Make things look more plastic or felt to emphasize the use of the playmat (like in Kirby's Epic Yarn)."
There is a carpet texture on all models but you're right, we could improve the look of the playmat.

That makes more sense. Maybe you could add child's laughter based on certain actions? Not sure how to go about this, but you stating this after the fact makes more sense on what atmosphere you were aiming for.
Very clean game ! Easy to play and funny. Maybe could be enhanced with some bonuses, like moveSpeed boost or things like that. Great job anyway!

Controls were easy enough, fitting visuals and good difficulty. Didn´t catch on to the gps giving directions at first, maybe something more like a radar would improve that. Nice game.

Thanks for playing the game. The gps gives the location of the thief that will escape the town first. We should have been clearer on the function of the gps.
A cool concept, and if all assets were made this weekend, I'l give props for getting everything done so fast.

I LOVED IT, it may not be the best implementation of the them but is so fun and i can't tell why! it feels so smooth to play.
The only bad thing is that i got so hyped up to put my record on the leaderboard to realize it was fake :(

This game is not safe! My child played this game and immediately started his own local police force and is now catching dozens of criminals a day! Neighbourhood is much safer however he no longer has any free time to spend with his parents! Do not let your children play Pew Pew Police!
