How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
"How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?"
-Lava is coming "behind you". You have to put the glasses to be able to see some platforms.

The factory you work in suddenly got a lava leak! Flee from the building before you get cooked!

Contains 12 levels. Programming, art, SFX, music, design made by me using Godot (small shoutout to my brother for the level design in lvl10).

One of the first times I actually put SFX into my gamejam games, finally. This turned out to be a bit bland and generic, I could have put more mechanics but I'm quite happy with the results (except the fact that the player doesn't actually put the glasses, forgot that).

I liked it, I actually liked the minimalistic style the only problem I had was pacing, some levels became hard too fast
But cool game!

Simple but good art style and I enjoyed the music/SFX! Looking forward to more mechanics if you come back to it.

The game looks simple but very effectively. I think the game is fun but my god it gets HARD. I did not finished the game because of the difficulty. I also liked how the glasses also changed the layout of the levels.

The gameplay of the game is very interesting! I enjoyed playing it, altough I did not finished it because the last levels were quite dificult...

Great game!

Wow! What a fast paced precision platformer! The lava wall is so fast I understand the urgency of leaving the factory! Very simple and well made game, the controls are smooth and the visuals are simplistic but very fitting, it reminds me of the World's Hardest Game and old flash games. Good job on the SFX!
I made it to the end of the game but wow the levels are hard! They're very well made and designed but some have very tight timings which makes the game a little too hard. An extra second would be perfect for some ;)

Interesting game!

I liked the nice controls and the visual style, which is reminiscent of the game "Thomas was alone"

(Long-eyed rectangle is ideal)

Pretty basic game but i think the movement feels alright and the visuals work well enough, making it decently enjoyable. The glasses feel a bit tacked on as a mechanic (doesn't really feel like the full depth of this mechanic was explored). I think this game is alright but i would have liked to see some more unique/experimental mechanics to really set it apart from the other platformers on this website

Unfortunately right after starting the game I have red rectangle from the left moving much faster than I. It just deletes me and restarts the level indefinetely. Probably some performance magic. I run it in Chrome.

I forgot to multiply the speeds by delta, I can't fix it now but I will asap. Sorry about that.

Developer

The problem should be fixed now. Can you test the game again?

Yep! Now it works!

I think the timer is to strict though. You can leave a room for at least 1 small error. Now you should play each level perfectly to beat it.

Also I think you need to pause game in the beginning of the level and start it only when button is pressed - now you need to hold arrow button before level is loaded to reach finish in time.
