I like locations, they have nice details and futuristic elements look intriguing. That's sad that we don't hear anything about the setting and just start in the middle of the map with no explanations. I feel like there is some story and interesting setting behind this (the mentioning of the "company", main hero's job, empty town left by almost everyone...), but not much was shown in the game itself, eheh.
I like character designs and think you did a good job creating the environment! And the design of the evil spirit in the temple looks interesting, too~
Also I noticed that NPCs like to repeat certain information in each of their answers. It's nice that you don't want players to miss anything, but I think there's no need to mention everything in every phrase. Personally I've tried all the options in dialogues, so it was a bit funny that the barmen always mentions where our house is. It looked like he was sure that our MC doesn't actually remember anything, so he needs to remind again and again :D
I think you're not obligated to repeat important information so many times. Instead it would be nice to give as different replies as possible. You know, to give us more pieces of puzzle to collect. I'm sure most of JRPG players try all possible options in dialogues just like I do, so you don't need to worry so much that they would miss something ^^
I liked the game and think it's a nice beginning. Would be great to find out more and see where the story goes :>
Hello. Sorry for the late reply and thank you very much for playing my game! I made the information repeated so many times because I knew I was going to have to kind of throw the player straight into the deep end, unfortunately. I was hoping to do some cutscenes in the story to help explain the narrative however due to technical issues, new software and the deadline I had to leave them out just to submit something in time. I do plan to add some cutscenes in the future so the narrative is explained better. Again, thank you very much for playing my game and thank you for the feedback!
Seems like the beginning of something really promising! Wish there had been more but I think you did a good job putting together what you have here.
Hello. Sorry for the late reply and thank you for playing my entry! I am planning to update this, so is there any feedback you can give me or anything you would like to see in an update? Once again, thank you for playing my entry and I hope you enjoyed it!
I liked the environmental storytelling in some areas, but the RPG Maker default art made it feel generic for me. It's a pretty big game and ambitious for a game jam, congratulations!
Hello. Sorry for the late reply and thank you very much for playing my game! Thank you for the feedback on my game. When the game jam is over, I will improve the game and try to make the maps less generic. However, art isn't really my forte so I would have to use what RPG Maker provides to try and reach that goal. But regardless, once again, thank you for playing my game and I hope you enjoyed it!
Here's a ton of free art, some sprites are even specially made for RPG Maker, and that could give your game a more unique style and give you more freedom to make it look the way you want it, without the restrictions of the default assets, hope it helps :)
Thank you for the link and help! I will use it to improve my maps in a future update.
No problem , really hoping it helps you out :)

Overall: interesting game, with nice maps and setting, but lack of story. Nevertheless, good work!
Hello. Sorry for the late reply and thank you for playing my entry! The feedback is much appreciated and, once the game jam judging is over, I hope to improve the game and I will consider your suggestions. Problems with creation early on and adapting to new software caused the game's original story to be scrapped. But regardless, once again, thank you for playing my game and I hope you enjoyed it!
I totally understand! Adapting to a new software must have been very difficult and it probably changed your original plans. Still, I think your game has potential! Once you polish it, it will be amazing! I wish you good luck on your future projects!
The game has beautiful maps and the music is nice. However, the plot is the weakest part since we don't even have an introduction scene and the players have to understand what's happening by themselves. You did a good job anyway!
Hello. Sorry for the late reply and thank you for playing my entry! I do agree that the plot is very weak for the game. I had to make something very quickly with RPG Maker for the game jam as I encountered technical difficulties with other software. Once the game jam is done I hope I can improve the game and add the opening cutscene I wanted to. Thank you very much for the feedback and, once again, thank you for playing my entry.
I can see that you put a lot of work into this! There are a lot of environments! The plot was so short that I couldn't really figure out what was going on, though I can tell you put some thought into the game! Were you able to finish everything you wanted to?
Hello. Sorry for the late reply and thank you very much for playing my entry! In regards to the plot of the game, it was rather rushed as multiple roadblocks with other software lead me to quickly pick up RPG Maker and make something rather rushed. So while I wasn't able to do much of what I wanted, I still am happy with what I attempted. Again, thank you very much for the comment/feedback.
