I really enjoyed the game! The runner/auto scroller genre is super underrated.
I think a few small drawings next to the initial tutorial instructions would help clarity, but besides that it was a very fun game!

Awesome work!

Definitely could use some instructions! Once I got to the boss I tried hitting a bunch of things on my keyboard but couldn't find a way to actually do anything to it. That said, you've put together a nice little running game here, and I can appreciate that you had a message in mind when you wrote it. Good job!

Pros

  • Really fun gameplay! Very addictive!
  • Amazing visuals. I loved the aesthetics.
  • Fantastic music, very fitting!
  • The plot was very interesting although I'm not sure I understood it entirely. But I think you implemented the theme well.

Cons

  • As probably others have mentioned, the final boss was a bit too difficult as I didn't really know how to damage it(I had to try many times and had to try a lot of keys until I figured it out).

Overall: a short but very fun experience with very catchy music and amazing visuals! Great work!

The music is really good, probably my favorite thing about the game. The controls are responsive and nice, I struggled a bit to follow the story, but it didn't bother me that much, leaves a lot to interpretation and I'm quiet fond of that. A tutorial could've been nice, I struggled a bit to find out how to beat the boss since it was not explained, you could add it in the description of your game to clear things up and make it more accesible to everyone :D. Congratulations on finishing your game!

Really cool, hope it was longer. Love the arts and the music ! I didn't get the point of the big rotating colorful things before getting to the boss, I don't really understand why there are some of them in the levels as we don't have to hit anyone

It was a bit short to catch the full impact of the story, but it was a great setup! And the rest of the game was quite polished, from the mechanics to the music!

I LOVED the audio, it was so catchy and suited the mood perfectly, especially during the boss battle. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to advance past there and I was a little confused about the story. It would've been cool to have more levels before that point to figure out what was going on.

The graphics were also great, I really liked the style of the characters and the colours were well-chosen. If I had one nitpick it's that sometimes during the boss battle the blue of the obstacles was the same colour as the background, which made them hard to spot.
