I reinvented a classic game of the past like pinball by adding modern mechanics

Thank you for taking me back to the clasics.
It's a really good game.
Thank you for making it.
I liked it a lot, got all the way to the bread level haha
Feels like some upgrades are a lot better than others (ball splitting up at half HP feels a bit weak compared to extra damage for example) but still a lot of fun
Thank you for playing! Yes unfortunately balancing the various option was something i wasn't able to do in time, glad you enjoyed it anyways!
That's totally fair, to be honest balancing is not the focus for a 3 day jam anyway. It's still a very well made game (':
Pinball! Could have used a little more bits and bobs, that cause things to happen like a normal pinball machine.
Absolutely love the premise of this game, I personally think the gameplay could be improved by balancing it around the flippers as I wasn't able to do much with them.
Thank you! I agree with you, if i'll get back to this i'll definitely remake both the physics and the layout to make sure the player is more involved in the gameplay!
The metal pipe jumpscared me haha, fun game though !
Mission accomplished then ahaha! Thank you for playing
been a while since I last played a pinball game, nice idea implementing skills!
Thank you!
The game's pace is a bit slow, but it's fun!
Thank you for playing! Yes i felt that too, I'll try to fix that in the future!
Thanks for checking out my game.
I love the wacky enemy sfx, especially the neuro bread.
The ball hp and damage mechanic is a cool concept, but I find it a bit odd that you also get damaged when you do the thing you're suppose to do (hitting an enemy). But If the goal is to encourage player to do few high damage hits, then the game need to give player more control to help them achieve that.
And to return the favor as a fellow pinbal dev using Unity, I have some things I learned while making my project to share.
I hope this help you on this or your future projects!
Thank you very much! I'll definitely make use of the tips in the future
About the ball taking damage, I needed a way to make the player lose and it was either a timer or the hp. Taking damage only by the enemy's attacks was not enough for losing and there isn't really a proper way to dodge them anyway, i chose to deal damage to the player when it hits enemies and other occasion to add a sort of timer to the gameplay. It's something that definitely need more thinking and more testing to find a good way of handling that
Thank you for trying the game!
Certainly did not expect a Neuro-themed pinball game, but it is actually a really nice concept and worked out well. Good job!
nice pinball game, i think it's pretty charming. good job!
Thank you!
Good job on the contribution! Nice concept, there needs to be waay more time invested on testing and polishing and maximizing the fun of it, the pinball aspect didn't feel fun enough to me and I sadly can't really put into words why; the visuals are very rough too. I am probably biased because I checked out the other pinball game in this jam first '':D
I agree! The pace of the game is too slow (the layout i made doesn't help with it) and it almost doesn't feel like a pinball unfortunatelly... I had fun experimenting with the different upgrades and invested the time there!
That pinball rogue game is great! I enjoyed it too ^^
Great concept! would be great if you can take more time to polish it! I how there is variations in the sounds when you hit them sometimes. I'm a little confused as to how I lost though. Good job!
This is great, like the filtered when you hit the ball on Neuro. Wish there was a scoring system like the old pinball game on window. You could shake the pinball machine which I didn't notice until about the end of it.
Thank you!
