Description
Electronic, I thought it would be sort of a dimension hopping Roguelike/lite, Disturbance is the primary boss theme before transitioning onto the next world, Standoff is the Final Boss theme, Tension is an alternate boss theme, and judgement is the song for the final area of a run. I composed each song by making an intro looping riff that i then elaborated on throughout each song in ableton live.

Message from the artist
A huge part of this soundtrack was inspired by several songs from chris christodoulou, composer for games like deadbolt and the ROR franchise. As an example, Disturbance uses a similar structure and was inspired by Dew Point and Thermodynamic Equilibrium.

- I love "Disturbance", it's so funky! I enjoy the choice of the boss theme that isn't moving at a hundred miles a minute, but still feels impactful and imposing anyway. And the world always needs more 5/4!

- "Standoff" is doing fun stuff with some of the material from "Disturbance" (if I'm hearing correctly?) - but it feels maybe a touch too similar to "Disturbance" to feel quite as *final* as I might hope.

- I so enjoyed the quiet pulsing base intro to "Tension" - the whole thing is great, just wanted to shout that out particularly. Also the occasional cutting out of most instruments - love good use of silence! This actually fits my picture of "final boss" a little better, though I think it also works great for your stated purpose of alternate boss.

- Ooooooh and then some 7/4 for "Judgement"! Also a time signature the world could always do with more of! I love the instrumental choices in this, especially the dirty guitar-y bass and the high organ-y instrument. Definitely my favourite track of the bunch!

Overall I really enjoyed this album, and think it fits cohesively together very well :)

Groovy, fellow 5/4er! I like all aspects of this soundtrack. A personal favourite.

Awesome! Enjoyed the tracks and like the cover art too

This took me back to some old web games I used to play!

I think some more melody would give it more identity and give you more options for cohesion and story-telling via motifs.

Good job on the submission!

Lol... this is a great cover on a YouTube video. Heh)

I want to dance to your music! You have definitely coped with your task

The only complaint is the sound quality... The reason has already been told by smartulu. And so - good job!

P.S. Judgement is my favorite track. It has a great beginning and an equally interesting sequel!

I definitely got Risk of Rain vibes and all of the music was quite nice.  some of the audio quality was a little rough. particularly in Disturbance which clipped a lot for me.

Hello I listened to the songs and I'd like to give my feedback.

I liked the electronic style of the songs and the way that you use different effects to make the songs unique (reverb, delay etc.). With 4 songs you manage to keep the theme clear on one style. My favourite Song is probably Judgement since I really like the chords and the delayed layering of the notes.

I disliked the Audio Quality, because it was clipping/overmodulating, which didn't feel that nice. You maybe could have put a little more emphasis on the melody, since I feel that you created most of the "Bossfight vibe" with the drums and I think for. But that is of course a stylistic choice.

Overall very solid tracks though, keep it up!
