Description
The genre of this song is some kind of mix between ambient and orchestral. The game (Pluere) is an exploration based rougelike. The track I have submitted for this game is for the opening sequence, when you first land on one of the floating islands.

For this track, I used a Moog synth and used Ableton Live to program the drum track and play the choir keys after I had the sound/vibe from the synth track.

Theme

Inside my world

How does it fit the theme?
Seeing the theme 'Inside my world', my initial thoughts drew me to nature. While I have been on my own journey connecting with nature more. I had come across a book called Wild Service, which talks about community, in a wider term (among many other things) and there was a portion that caught my eye that mentions how you should start 'talking to nature', introducing yourself and 'asking' if it is ok to forage.

This is a really long explanation to basically say that this mental image made me think of nature welcoming you in to their world and wanting you to explore it. While this is a positive vibe, it also has some dark, tempting undertones.

Hey! It's both creepy and graceful... I like it!

This was a pretty interesting listen. The synths used combined with the pads/strings made for a pretty atmospheric vibe.

Overall, pretty solid submission. Keep it up!

Interesting mix of orchestral elements and the synth lead. I think the drums are a bit washed out, but overall I liked the song, it's really unique. Nice work!

The opening and ending swoosh sounds are really good for the whole "landing on a strange island" feeling. They felt kinda sci-fi too, like they could be used for a strange planet just as well. The rest of the piece was nicely ambient and exploring, while being energetic and exciting - well done!

The beginning reminded me of Regular show lol.

I agree with others about the synth being a little off tempo, but I think that could be an interesting music choice if used sparingly.

Overall, I love the uniqueness of this track. It’s incredibly alien. Good work!

I like how the left side feels so distinct from the right track, like more tech on the left side and more organic on the right side. Cool track!

Makes me think of landing on a new planet and exploring. Would've loved to hear more tracks, nice work!

The chiptune instrument in the left ear sounded like it was out of sync with the rest of the piece which was rather distracting. I liked the strings and ambience on the right side but the chiptune made it hard to focus.

"A Grand Welcome" is an interesting piece which opens and ends with a strange (in a good way) pad. The heavily reverbed synth leads and arpeggios contribute to giving the song a dreamlike feel.

The opening is weird, but except that the song is nice. The synth sounds good, I liked the drums, however I found the pad (or strings idk) to be too loud.  It also loops nicely, something that isn't very common in songs.

Would have liked to listen to more tracks with this theme.
